I was a little frustrated with Blender on this particular animation. Mind you, VR is still relatively new in terms of animations such as this, but the limitation of not being able to change the color of faked shadows (on HDRI's) was frustrating. Yes, it IS possible, but not with VR when using a world HDRI like this one. Besides the shadow's color not matching, it's otherwise perfect, and will only apply on HDRI's where the shadow is in an outside area such as this. I think most people probably wouldn't even notice, but for me it's pure cringe. I can't stand immersion breaking instances! But, the fact that we are even able to use the HDRI and have it work for VR is awesome. If only we could get the HDRI to be stereoscopic as well.
