Hi guys,
Just letting you know that University Demons is now available on itch.io to purchase! A lot of you were requesting an alternative way to support the project and in this time where people are likely wanting to reduce their monthly outgoings, a one off purchase could be a better option for you.
I have done my best to explain what you will be entitled to with future updates of the game when you purchase over on itch. To put it simply, you will get access to the main game and any new characters we decide to add to the game. What won't be included is any potential DLC we decide to make, content like specific scenarios (settings and / or costumes).
We have plenty of options when it comes to new characters, so even if you purchase now expect a lot of good stuff to come in the future without any additional purchases required.
Itch.io also allows purchase via paypal which I know is a sought after option and once purchased, you will always know where to find it.

Finally, in terms of our remaining characters, expect Donna soon. I took some much needed time off, sooner than expected. However resting has allowed me to regain my focus and drive for work again after the stress of this year and the mandatory changes we had to make. I'm back to work this week and cracking straight back on with things.
I was putting a lot of pressure on myself because I felt things were falling so far behind. Fortunately I had a realisation. When you count the fact that Sydney and Brigette both had full rewrites, once Donna, Neala and Dizzy make it in, we have achieved the 12 half progressions I set out to do this year. And with some nice new features / quality of life changes & bug fixes, I think we made good progress this year overall. It could have been handled better for sure, but I'm glad that next year we can start off strong, finishing off the main story and then focusing on just purely new content!
2027 is going to be a good year for UD and a return to normality and I'm really looking forward to it and I hope you are all ready for that journey! (Please government don't fuck things up again...)
I'm glad you feel better but it doesn't sit right with me that you announce a release date and say that it's coming next week and then you disappear for a month. Taking breaks is important and I'm sure that rewriting the game because of some government BS was stressful but I just hope that in the future you will be more upfront with your followers/subs. Just make a post saying you're on break and don't make up release dates that you can't keep (maybe you post stuff on Discord but I don't really use it, I would like to see more posts here). And also please focus on making the base game as good as possible before you start going for any kind of DLC. I look forward to the full game and wish you and your team the best

Thank you, I think your criticism is definitely fair and warranted. I have spoken a bit about it in the discord area, but I need to remember not everyone visits there.
That's of course the plan with the base game ^^ We will do our best to make sure it is well polished and something people will really enjoy.
For what it's worth, I think the game has gone really far and I'm excited to see where the story goes next 💯👍
I would like to see the advanced reward folder get updated though
The folder themselves won't be updated, but the rewards are available here on the subscribestar
