She Thought She Was Getting Sex with Two Men — Then I Showed Up

This Husband Tried to Trick His Wife. I Caught the Brunt of her Anger!
In the swinging lifestyle, surprises can lead to disaster.

Don wanted his wife to try something new. Rather than talking to her about it, he set it up as a surprise. He figured that, in the heat of the moment she’d go along to please him. Bad idea!
Mark would never do that. But, we got caught up in such a situation, and I bore the brunt of it.
It was our anniversary. Mark and I went out of town, got a beautiful hotel room, and made reservations at a fine restaurant.
Sylvia sat across from me, her eyes glaring, looking down her nose at me and just being unfriendly as fuck.

We had been swinging a few years and for added anniversary zing, Mark set up a date for full swap with another couple. I was looking forward to it.
We were to meet Don and Sylvia at the restaurant. After dinner, the plan was to bring them back to the hotel for some foursome fun.
Mark had given me Don’s cell number ahead of time so that he and I could text each other all afternoon. I liked Don’s easy personality. He was fun and teasing in his texts.
“Sylvie’s a hot Latina,” he wrote. “Very sexy, like you.”
Another Latinx. I hadn’t met too many Latinx women, or even men thus far in the lifestyle. I was looking forward to some commonality.
When we got to the restaurant, Don stood at the entrance with his beautiful wife, Sylvie behind him. She had light brunette hair, was small in stature, and had a bright, sweet smile.
Mark stood in front of me so that Sylvia didn’t see me right away. She greeted Mark with a bright, flirty smile and extended her hand to him. As Mark moved forward, she caught sight of me.
Sylvia’s smile dropped to a sour, albeit surprised frown. Her demeanor completely changed.
I wondered what had happened. Was I dressed wrong? Was I not beautiful enough? Did she suddenly take ill? What was it?
Despite Sylvia’s cold reception, we got our table and ordered drinks. Mark and Don got along fine. They talked about their histories in the lifestyle. Their conversation flowed with friendly tones and occasional laughter.
Sylvia sat across from me, her eyes glaring, looking down her nose at me and just being unfriendly as fuck.
I couldn’t figure out her deal. I tried to be polite and I asked her where she was from.
She said that, although she had been born in Mexico, her family was pure Spanish. She didn’t have a drop of Indigenous blood, and her family were lighter-skinned, not dark like me.
I had just been skin-shamed!
I was born in California. It’s true; I am a Latina with golden, olive complexion.
For only the second time in my life I felt the barbs of racism, and from another Latinx, no less.
I whispered to Mark that I was ready to go home and that I wasn’t comfortable.
Any possibility of sex with these people was out of the question.
We made an excuse to leave. Don and Sylvia left with us. In front of the restaurant, a couple of men were walking in and there was a little momentary human traffic jam.
The two men moved aside as they excused themselves.
Sylvia suddenly changed from a cold, insulting jaguar to a purring sex kitten.
“Oh, that’s alright,” she purred and gazed at them, as she played with her hair. “In fact, you can join us, if you like.”
She was inviting them to her lair.
The other men just smiled and passed us as they walked into the bar.
After awkward goodbyes, Mark and I went back to the hotel.
I was confused by the entire incident. Then, Mark told me what had actually happened.
Sylvia thought she and Don were going to meet Mark only for an MFM threesome. She wanted two men and was actually hoping for a ‘Double Penetration.’
Don wanted a couple’s swap and he hoped that Sylvia would go along if he surprised her. Pissed, she took it out on me, instead of her husband.
She was angry that I was there, but didn’t handle her disappointment in a kindly or even classy manner. She went for the jugular and I had no idea why.
Communication is key in the lifestyle. If Don had told Sylvie the truth, she could have accepted it or nixed the idea.
It would have saved us the trouble and saved me from feeling attacked and insulted.
I love surprises. But when it comes to the lifestyle, it’s best to be truthful.
I was blindsided by both Don and his bitch of a wife. It takes skill and experience to handle a situation like that. At the time I had neither.
Something like that would not happen to me today.
