YOUR Tier List of characters I Edition 2026 - Results

Hello there,
Like last year, Here are the results of the polls! Note that they’re organized within each tier in numerical order, from the highest number to the lowest.
The first list is yours, the second is mine, and the third combines our scores to give a fuller picture.
Your tier list will be a useful tool to help me decide whether it’s worth taking the risk of spending time on a character. The lower a character ranks, the less likely I am to make a comic about them, of course. However, I can’t rely on popularity alone when making comics, since popularity doesn’t necessarily mean I like the character (although I do like them at least a little; otherwise, they wouldn’t be on the list in the first place). I also need to enjoy what I’m doing if I want to create a good story, right?
So here’s my own tier list as well:

Yeah, the most popular ones aren’t really my favourites. I’m more drawn to the archetype of a strong female warrior who’s also very maternal, caring and spiritual. I also don’t mind Judy in the first Zootopia film, but the sequel made her insufferable to me. Similar to Jewel from Rio, I'd only take the first movie into consideration for a story about her.
By combining the two lists, I ended up with a third one that functions as a rough priority guide. Each character’s combined score is the average of their tier scores in your list and mine, with equal weight given to both. Within each tier, characters are arranged by combined score, then by their position in your ranking if there’s a tie.
Even though I’m the one writing these stories and drawing the initial sketches, they ultimately can’t exist without your support, so I can’t just push my favourites while ignoring the most popular characters you chose. Which brings us to this combined tier list:
However, keep in mind that just because a character ranks highly, it doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll get a comic sooner than one ranked lower. That mainly depends on whether I find the right artist (since artists usually choose the characters they want to draw).
So don’t treat the list as gospel; it’s just a general guide.
