Between Humanity - Third Anniversary!

Hello everyone!
This anniversary post is a bit on the late side, but still! I want to reflect on the year and everything that has happened since the last anniversary post. It took me a bit of time to prepare this year's anniversary render, and I also had to calm down a bit after the crazy last week, where I had to get the game ready for release!
Crazy to think about it but three years have passed now, and I've been thinking about, working on, and focusing on the game ever since. There hasn't been a day when I haven't thought about the game at least once, how to improve it, what to render that day, how to render it and so many things were on my mind over the time. Version 0.4 will definitely show how much I've improved in the render and animation departments, at least in my opinion. Just take everything with a grain of biased salt here.
It's been roughly 1 and a half years since the last version came out and a lot of you are probably aware of why that happened. But there are quite a lot of things to sum up. Death, moving places, taking time off for the funeral, spending time together for as long as possible, emptying my parents house (luckily, I had some help with that!) and my job situation getting worse over time. To make it official, I'm now working on the game full-time, that is, as long as I can afford to do so.
Luckily, my job and the income from the game allowed me to save a little bit, so I'm not going to be broke tomorrow. This just so you know the current state of everything and on top I'll take a couple of weeks off after I'm done with the release of version 0.4 and then I'll fully focus on the game, specifically version 0.5, all over again. And honestly, I'm looking forward to it. I love bringing the story to life and seeing the characters grow, relationships develop, feelings escalate and just so much more!
So, I want to use this opportunity to say thank you to every one of you for all the support, feedback, messages, comments, likes, ratings, everything! I remember all the nice messages I got when I told you all about my mom. Just the best community ever. You helped me get through it, and even if it was just a small message, it still meant a lot.
Now, with the release of version 0.4, I'm officially back on track. People might have forgotten the characters but I'll bring them back with a big bang!
Thank you again for believing in me and in the project! To another year of development and working on something that will bring happiness and joy to people!
With love,
