I think I've complained enough about the things that make the updates take so long. Main thing was adding in access to the Sultanate. Various other bits that needed to have the correct tags to reference that you could go to the sultanate needed to be fixed.
Next update is adding more to the Sultanate and expanding on the three factions that live in it.

Class:
+ Succubus wings now allow you to fly
Combat:
+ Added the Spectral Blade weapon from the Deep Sea King quest and it uses intelligence instead of strength, it also ignores resistance
Earth:
+ Expanded Earth questline and slowly showing off its purpose(Demon War 2, obviously)
End of Days:
+ You can see what the end of the world looks like
+ Minor areas around that you can explore, the world is long dead there
+ You can visit Lo if you finish her island quest
Eve:
+ You can bang Eve
- Fixed minor errors with latex questline
Forest Brothel:
+ Added Eve to working list
- Fixed error with adding the girls from the Frog before the quest started
+ You have to complete the Frog quest to recruit the girls(with Red alive as they can't manage without her)
- Fixed error with adding the guys from the Jolly Lumberjack before the quest started
+ Added thirsty goblin girl(Goblin Wife) that marries you because she thinks you're rich so you can complete the Forest Brothel questline
Items:
+ Broke clothing as it wouldn't let me stack clothes, I had to hard code them in and now they tell you that you have X amount of them
+ Made it so that you can stack weapons
+ You can sell clothing and weapons, except for the legendary or holy ones as the Pawnbroker is a demon would would die touching them
+ Revamped item test area if you want to cheat in items easier
Lake:
+ You can head to the farm and vice versa from the lake
Nafsu:
+ Added Nafsu back
- Altered quest slightly to make it less confusing
Percy:
- Fixed sextoy errors
Prison:
+ You can return the prison jumpsuits to the prison
School:
+ You're able to build things for the school without having it open
+ The correct stats, zero, show up if the school is unopened and you're digging around the planner
Sky Islands:
+ Lowered skill in flying to reach them
+ Furthered their purpose and explained why it is there
+ Added second game over for not listening to Baird and just activating it
Sex:
+ Increased time removed from pregnancies by Broodmother mutation by a lot(was 1-10, now 15-100)
+ Added a bonus for npc pregnancies the more you cause
+ Added a bonus for player pregnancies the more you have
- Fixed creampie images for humans
Sultante:
+ You can fight and defeat Plague
+ Puzzle boss, you gotta make him destroy his own machinery
+ You could also summon things to destroy everything or use bombs yourself
Misc:
- Fixed format error with Sam Adelaide that would have him appear at all times for conversations in his family
