Future.

Hey guys.

As you are all aware I quit making games. I just can't afford to do it anymore.

Well...

... I've had a couple of months to think what I am going to do. As you might have noticed I just can't stop making renders. I love doing this work. The Gingers are just too... let's say, enticing and fun to work with. I love them. And I can't move on.

The problem is that I only have a 3060Ti to work with. That limits me greatly. Not only on how many renders I can do, but also on how big the scenes can be.

But I can't stop.

So, here are my plans:

  1. Of Mending and Monkey are cancelled.
  2. The Gingerly tangled will resume development. (The game will remain exclusive to Subscribers.)
  3. Development on Gingerly tangled is going to be fairly slow, as I want to do things right and I have had some more ideas for that game since I "quit".
  4. While I work on the Gingerly tangled I am going to write and figure out how I can develop another game idea I have.
  5. Because of my hardware difficulties I am going to suspend some Subscriber rewards. Such as, Monthly 4Ks and Monthly polls.
  6. Because things are going to be moving slower and suspension of some of the benefits I would encourage Subscribers to switch to lowest tier, if not cancel their subs altogether.

I am still working out the details for the new game and I will announce it publicly when it's "fleshed out", but I can give you a bit of an idea as to what it is about.

The game is set in a, more or less, contemporary world. There is magic, slightly more advanced technology. Yana is an elf and Julie is a vampire. The main character, You, is an ancient vampire (though he certainly does not look it).

Yana and Julie will become your girlfriends (there is no choice in that) in a polyamorous relationship. There will be another 3 or 4 LIs. I am not sure, yet, how many routes there will be. I will do them just as I did with One Lie, at some point the routes will split into their own stories.

The actual work on this game will start when I can gather/create the sets for it. Because of its theme I will need to buy quite a few new assets and there is no money for it right now. I can create some of the sets myself, from the assets I do have, but there are many characters and environments I do not have and can't create myself.
