Yay... seems heatwaves in the UK (and Europe) are here to stay and get worse each time!
Guys...I'm at my wits end...
But on a lighter note - thank you for all the wonderful messages of love and support following my last post/journal - and always to be honest. It's really helped me not feel so alone and given me a boost to try carry on and push more to get help (even if the heat has really hindered my abilties lately to...just exist...)
Hearing from people who face similar or the same is also comforting, even if we are struggling we have each other to help or at least stand by our side.
I love you all so much - thank you, always~ ♡
I've made some very slow progress - on work and seeking more help (yay therapy time and more meds!) - so expect updates and movement over the weekend or early next week... if I don't turn into a puddle first...
I don't think I could ever truly thank you enough for the love this community gives me - it's incredible.

Lol. Careful with that last comment Zan. Some people might do it intentionally just to be eaten by ye now. 🤣😂🦊🐺 But seriously, try staying hydrated as best as possible and I'm sorry the UK is giving ye unbearable heat.
Stay cool Freckle. Yeah Wimbledon starts on Monday as well. It's going to be tough for the players to play in the heat as well. 🎾
Especially with the insane heat coming this and next week, you might look into how to make a swamp cooler. Quick and dirty is a bowl of ice in front of a fan, or cool water. The key would be to keep the windows open as well to allow airflow if possible, but that can only do so much.
