The Deva From Dunhuang

MLiviusDrusus got another very clever twist on the nun topic to commission for this batch. The character, a hiker, exploring some desert caves in Xinjiang, finds a long-forgotten stele that contains a centuries-old blending of Nestorian Christianity with Chinese Mahayana Buddhism, and upon touching it is transformed into a six armed Deva with a golden halo; a nun in a different life, on a different realm of existence. Capable of miracles, which may be fortunate considering she at least gets to do something about her situation considering all the equipment and identification she had prior to transforming vanished, but miracles are always on high demand~.
