Make your own bad end!

Today I had a fun idea - What if people could make their own bad ends?

I decided to implement this for the below two tiers:

Emperor: You can insert your own bad end to whichever game is in development (currently it is The Zeta Sector). You can only have one pending bad end at a time and what you have in mind has to fit the constraints of the presentation.

Founder: You can insert your own bad end to whichever game is in development (currently it is The Zeta Sector). If there is an existing extended bad end, you can choose to extend it further.
