Check your account settings to see if your payment information has been deleted

Update: Subscribestar is saying the issue will be fixed by March 3rd. I'm still confirming on my end what the extent of the problem is and who's affected. At the very least I recommend paying attention to your subscriptions over the next week.

I've seen multiple sources (and have confirmed on my own account) that Subscribestar has mass-deleted a bunch of payment information (I guess that's better than a breach, lol X3). If you're a supporter, I'd recommend checking in your account/settings to see if you still have payment information saved - otherwise the next time your payment date comes up, you'll lose access to some things.

I have a grace period built in to my external benefits site for precisely this reason, so you won't immediately lose access to the supporter gallery or anything like that. But Subscribestar isn't great about sending out notifications about this - so I have had supporters have payment information expire and not realize for several months.

This is particularly relevant if you're one of my tiers with limited slots - since while your payment information is missing or expired, other critters can grab that slot from you.

So especially if you're on the $10+ tiers, I recommend checking and making sure your payment info is still there and is up-to-date. <3
