🦃 November report

Hello everyone! Finally back from a Thanksgiving trip with family and flight delays. I won’t talk much.

November goals:

✲ Upload archives/backlog (7/~~≳17~~10)

Really fighting the depression this month, which meant I didn’t really work on commissions much. After I clear out my queue, I’ll take an extended break from taking on new requests, I think, or will limit myself to sketch comms for the time being. There’s too much I need to sort out, and I’m unhappy providing folks less than my best.

✲ Upload archives/backlog (7/10)

I’ve enjoyed touching up old sketches – fixing the anatomy, updating designs, and improving tone and shading. Pieces from early 2024 especially have been nice to see freshened up.

I feel like these have also made me realize I haven’t done nearly enough with ropes this year. I may have to make a conscious decision to get more rope ideas down, because they’re always loads of fun.

God, I have so many things of these two lying around.

Goals for December:

◻︎ Commission progress (3) - Trying my hardest to clear my queue before the end of the year, waitlist notwithstanding.
◻︎ Upload archives/backlog (3) - I have two larger sequential series in this final group which still need to be revisited, but that’ll also depend if I can manage my time well. 🤞
