I Have Known You - Dev report September, 2025
Hey everyone,
It’s time for another development update for I Have Known You — and this one marks a pretty exciting milestone for us. With Carnal Contract now released on Steam, we can shift our full focus back onto IHKY.
It might have looked like we were working only on Carnal Contractover the past two months, but that wasn’t the case. We’ve been steadily moving forward with I Have Known You, shaping Chapter 4, and today I’m happy to share where things stand.
Finished so far
7 scenes - done
509 new renders - done
14 brand-new animations - done
2 NSFW scenes - done
That’s already a lot of content, and the chapter is coming together nicely.
Chapter 4 - Fighting in the Dark - Previews

One crime, a thousand questions; Wildflower shakes again. But, this one would change everything...
What’s next?
For the upcoming release (Chapter 4, Part 1), there are just 2 more scenes left to create before we can package it all together. Once those are finished, we’ll move directly into polishing and preparing the build for release.
Improving earlier chapters
At the same time, while working on Chapter 4, we’ve also been improving some earlier parts of the game. Right now, we’re reworking the train station scene (where the MC is waiting to travel to Wildflower). For this scene, we’ve already created over 30 new renders, and it’s now almost complete.
P.S. you won’t have to start from the beginning. When Chapter 4 starts, I’ll give you the option to replay only the updated scene before jumping into the new ones.
