Hi! Okay, so I *think* I have a fix for this. When you sign up, I will need to unlock your membership manually. I will check this daily and make sure I can unlock as many as I can. Remember, my time zone is England (BST) so, if I don't unlock your membership through the night, then I will try and do it first thing in the morning. It may mean that you might be waiting for a few hours for your membership to unlock, but I promise - it will be done! :)
