Final Polish of the 0.2 release

Nothing too major was done.

- installed an overly helpful potions guy and an overly helpful classes guy

- Nerfed Trip into the ground

- Nichole's bombs now show bombs remaining instead of cost of bombs

- Added stuff to the stores so you have stuff to spend your gold on

So all in all, only bother with this one if you haven't hit up an earlier version.
