A couple of things. 1. In the Discord Do & Don't (??) section there was a discussion about using portals to move part(s) of the body to different place(s) without severing anything physically. This is a good parallel for that. 2. I've also seen a release by Ena Lagrange which uses the camera on the girl's face to show customers using her orally & playing with her tits. And she shows it indirectly by having a pair of legs & butt appear, blocking a clear view of the girl's face. (She also uses a 3rd screen to show the girl's tits.) Downside: she uses VA to convey the oral sex is happening.
