SubscribeStar vs Patreon: What's Different?

To those of you following me here from Patreon, thank you! This change is surely inconvenient for everyone, but I think it will be better in the long run than trying to hide or disguise parts of my work, or risking the whole thing getting shut down altogether with no notice.

Rebuilding a subscription platform meant analyzing how I built it the first time. There's a lot that worked really well on Patreon, but a lot that I think could use some improving too. Here's a rundown of what's changed.

You will now receive:
  • tier-specific Discord roles, in addition to the general supporter role.
  • access to high res scans of my sketchbooks (entire pages!) at the $5 tier or higher
  • 10% discount in all my online stores at the $5 tier or higher

You will still get:
  • minimum seven days' early access to all finished pieces
  • access to high resolution files of finished pieces
  • exclusive WIPs, thumbnails, scrapped projects, etc.
  • exclusive roles and channels in the Discord server
  • process breakdown posts
  • blog posts, art-related and otherwise

I will no longer:
  • give early access on individual sketches and doodles - they will be posted on social media instead.
  • be posting daily or on a regular schedule, for the time being - content will be posted as it's ready.

Thank you again for your ongoing generous support, and I can't wait to see where this new journey takes us!
