We have Dr. Nick Dirge, the head of research and development.
He is in charge of developing magical artifacts and weaponry for the field agents.
Nick is a peculiar man who acts friendly most of the time.
Though once he gets deep in his work process, he tends to show a colder and more obsessive nature. He has gone so far as to use himself as a test subject in pursuit of results.
Nick is also acting mentor for Agent Eli Arciel. The two of them have a mutual agreement to help each other whenever the need arises.
Next there is Ms. Rovina Dace. She is the head of "Human Resources".
Its her job to locate and negotiate for the recruitment (or capture) of various magical creatures and unregistered magic users. Rovina can assign agents teams and send them on missions
She is a woman that values loyalty and merit in her subordinates. Agent Reed Ulfsire, the werewolf, is currently one of her top agents. Reed also acts as an assistant for her when not out in the field. She has taken on the role of mentor for Reed since the disappearance of his previous mentor.
