Hi folks. Hope you're all having a Happy Holiday from the Cackle Games team!
We will start off with a quick rundown of what exactly we have for the first version of the game!
Currently we have:
  • 4 Sex scenes for the starting characters (Nikki and Hibiscus)
  • 2 peeping illustrations (Nikki and Hibiscus)
  • A first draft of the weekly schedules for each character, three entries for each day and ways to improve or lose relationships with the characters.
  • The first iteration of Creeper hours, focusing on Hibiscus, this includes 3 short loops of lewd content~
  • 6 different animated character portraits with their own expressions, 2 of which have a costume change or nudity.
  • 2 different costumes, one for each lewdable character (not including nudity)
  • A dozen or so items that you can use to improve your chances at certain skill checks or unlock a new costume.
  • A couple of cheats for those who just wish to whack off~
  • 4 quests to get to know characters better and get in their pants

With this content we are quickly approaching the first release, as from day one we have wanted a solid foundation down so we can continue to work or rework things as needed as well as making content addition much easier.
That brings us to our next announcement, we are no longer doing just the demo, we are pretty confident that this will be the prologue of our game, which if you don't already know from the previous post is now called: Southern Comforts.
Looking to the future we have a clear vision of what needs to be added and what needs more work, after release we have a few more additions to the prologue we want to add before we say we're done with the first chapter, and then moving onto the next part.
Of course, come next year we will be looking for more of your input and doing polls for character costumes or even character scenes depending on how the first release is received, as we are committed to making this musky project the best it can be!

With that said, that's all I have to share for now, keep an eye on this project come the new year~

Aromatic Hyena:

I've been hard at work with game assets and backgrounds, and the world is starting to come to life, we have a new character! The rat merchant, she doesn't have a name quite yet. But we're thinking something cheese themed. Pick which name you like the most by voting in the subscriber poll!

We're thinking between 3 names:

Gouda
Fretta
Brie
The Rat Merchant (Nude Version behind the paywall)
 

I've started working on drawings of my characters interacting with the world around them to make it feel more alive. Whenever you interact with a character, you'll be able to see them doing stuff and ask them about it. Like this image of Hibiscus here:

These sprites are integrated with the clothing system. So, if you have a certain costume selected, they'll be in that costume throughout the game. If you wanted to you could have all the characters naked at all times going about their daily lives!

For future plans going into January, I'll be working on more sprites of my characters interacting with the world. I'll also be working on a variety of peep shots which consist of sexy still images of my characters. Jamison will be doing more backgrounds. There's also a great deal of writing to flesh out for the conversations. 

The content is flowing, and I think you will all be happy with what this game has to offer!
