Adding MTL Translation Options

I want to add official translations in the future but people have been asking for even basic machine translations for now. Please choose below what language you want, I'm thinking of adding the top 3 as options in the menu (possibly more in the future). Please keep in mind that texts that are a part of an image won't be translated with machine translation.

It will be implemented as soon as it's ready, I will try to get it out for v0.06 but I'm not 100% yet.
