State of the mini-update
Hi everyone! Thanks for joining me for this week's public post.
We've looked back over the Reign of Jess over the last couple, and now it's time to look forward to the future with the mini-update. for those who've joined more recently or indeed anyone who may have forgotten the Avenging Angel mini-update, these aren't full releases and there won't be a new quest. There will be several new scenes, including the new Full School Assembly scene that kicks off Act 2, and the start of Emma's story. The rest is tweaks, updates and stuff that moves the story on into Act 2.
Numerous school day events will be getting updates and tweaks. The theme of the mini-update is escalation and the clampdown by the staff in response to all of the misbehaviour of Act One! Expect less forgiveness and worse punishments.
Once this is out in the wild, we'll start to talk about 0.9, the next major update. The School Council is currently voting on the headline quest for that, but we're doing it in a series of rounds this time, and so we won't know the result for a few weeks yet.
