Archive rewards are ONLINE!

So, when I started this substar page I said i wasnt sure how to deliver the archive rewards.

For those out of the loop, back on patreon, when people reached a total of $100 usd given throughout their lifetime on my campaign, they'd recieve an archive link with everything i've uploaded there since the beginning in 2013. that's a lot of comics, art, q&as, sketches. everything.

Now here, the platform functions differently and doesnt have the same tool as patreon does, so i'd been looking out on how to deliver the same reward over here. Thx to your fellow subscriber javaman we reached a solution (thx a lot!)

Substar, from my end lets me upgrade people's tiers to a more expensive tier, for the same price of their current tier. Substar also offers "hidden tiers" that the public can't see, that way nobody can just waltz into my archive rewards.

So, whenever someone reaches the $100 goal, all i have to do is change em to the hidden, special "archive" tiers (one archive tier for the $10 tier, and another for the $20). Make a post with the archive link and password only visible to said tiers, and bob's your uncle, we got archive rewards available. simple and easy.

The only problem? It seems im the only one who can see the gross amount of given support of any given subscriber. I'm subscribed to a couple of substars myself here, and I couldn't find that number anywhere on the site. which is kind of a shame. All you can do as a subscriber right now is to go to the top right menu>My subscriptions. There you can see the date you joined, and when was your last renewal. You could count how many month's you've been supporting times the price of your tier. OR you could PM me and i can give you the number for you 👌

Either way, I'll be monitoring once a month all the gross amounts and upgrading the people who need it. So far there's only two people with archive rewards rn, but more should be joining soon. have a great week everyone!
