Looks great! I think you did a great job maintaining the level of thickness while make them proportioned much better. Also everything is a lot more detailed and cleaner looking.
Same conclusion as always, models get more detailed but lose their character, also they are like 2/3 legs. Who needs room for their vital organs anyway if you are diving into hell
I should probably add to clarify, they still look amazing, but in my humble opinion they went from 10/10 to 9/10
You keep saying they "lose their character" and I'm still not really sure what you mean. The 2/3 legs is intentional, I like legs.
