Inqel Interactive: From Solo to Teamwork

Once, a developer fell in love with the idea of creating a space in 3D style, based on RPG Maker, and set a goal to make a game in that style. He completed Episode 1 and was overjoyed at his success, feeling like he was on cloud nine. But the most challenging part was yet to come . . .

Home Prisoner is an experimental project that is challenging to implement.

We are immensely grateful for the support of our patrons, whose contributions fuel the continued development of our project, ensuring its progress. Your engagement and interest inspire us every day. Each level of support plays a crucial role in bringing our vision to life.

Currently, the project faces significant criticism, and without your support, we might have questioned the feasibility of continuing development given the complexity of the implementation. Our primary goal is to evoke positive emotions. We aim to create something special for you—not merely a sex game, but a story that provokes thought, inspires, and leaves a lasting impression on your hearts.
But as long as you are with us, we exist. And we will continue to strive for you.

Now, let's move on to some wonderful news!

You might find this interesting, but 100% of the work on the game "Home Prisoner" was done by one person... up until Episode 3.

In one of the posts, I once mentioned that we could use a writer, and something of a miracle happened. One of our patrons turned out to be a professional writer!
He offered his help, even knowing that we currently can't afford to pay a writer, and now he is part of our team.

I'm happy to introduce our new Lead Writer, Arkainin. Not only is Arkainin lending his writing talents to our project, but he will also be launching a Subscribe Star/Patreon in the coming weeks.
This platform will be a fantastic way for fans to engage more deeply with his work and explore his unique mix of genres, including Epic Fantasy, LitRPG, Gothic Horror, and NTR Erotica. We'll provide a link as soon as it's live, so you can dive into his diverse and immersive narratives.

What this means for the project:

  • Uncertainty. The game has a basic outline of the plot. But to him, as a writer, I would like to give maximum freedom. This means that in 'Home Prisoner', more mysteries and unknowns await us in the plot.

  • Literacy. Since the writer is a native English speaker, most scenes will no longer need to be translated from Russian to English, which negatively affected the accuracy of emotional and dialogue nuances. The dialogues will become more correct.

  • Time. There is currently a period of adjustment due to the language barrier. But if this does not become a major issue, then the developer will have additional time to create content, which in turn will positively affect the release of updates.

You can evaluate his work! He wrote so many mini-scenes in the first update of Episode 3 that it would be easier to list the scenes written by the developer:

"Dream With Wife"
"The Younger Daughter and the Suitcase"
"Disagreement over breakfast choices"
"Discussing the News"
"Morning Change"

All other scenes were written by our new team member!

I hope that in the near future we will have the opportunity to properly compensate him for his work, and that he does not lose his enthusiasm by then.

Belated Happy Easter, and thank you for staying with us !
