Sorry it's been a while since the last update. I've been busy staring at my computer screen, writing out a bunch of dialogue, then rewriting... then rewriting again... and again...
It's not like I was trying to write Shakespeare here (mainly because I don't plan on having any underage romances in the game), but I was just struggling to get something down that I didn't raise an eyebrow at when I reread it. That being said, all of the dreaded scenes, including the scene I had no idea how to handle, are now written and posed so I can finally move the fuck on.
In the end the scene I was struggling with the most ended up being very, very short. I wanted to get past the drama stuff and back to the wrestling asap. I still have a few scenes to go to bring things into proper alignment, but they're mostly sex and book-keeping kind of scenes. Much easier to write. Much more fun to write. Obviously all of the wrestling stuff that happens in episode two will be backstage stuff, a couple more character introductions and outlining what will be the "main" storyline happening in season two, but at least we'll be getting closer to "normal" proceedings.
Before that, though... I actually came up with something for all of you at fan-favorite and higher to help decide. You see, episode three will be our first "show" of the season, however, it's been around two years since the last show of season one happened. Obviously, the NSFW has been in full operation since that show, so the question is... who are our current champions? Is Tomo still the NSFW World Champion? Are The Whitechapel Society still in possession of the tag belts? Has Brodie managed to hang onto her Hardcore title? I'm going to let you decide that.
I'll be putting up polls (probably one a day for the next few days) for you to determine who currently holds the titles. The polls will be short because I may be referencing them sometime during episode two. As soon as I'm done here, I'll put up the first one to determine the current NSFW World Champion (since it's the one that will most likely be discussed as part of the story). I'll let each poll run for three days, so make sure you get your votes in!
And speaking of getting your votes in, round two of the "Miss NSFW 2024" tournament ends tomorrow (though I'll let it run one extra day before starting the third round). Head on over to the Discord server and vote on your favorites in all the matches from days 5 to 12 (day 12 will be posted tomorrow). 32 matches total, and while some of them are all but decided already, there are plenty that could still go either way, so let your voices be heard!
Before I go, it's a new month so those of you at Champion and Legend level message me here or on Discord and let me know what you want to see for your custom images this month. Also, if you're at Legend level and don't have a character to sit at ringside yet, get in touch with me so we can get it worked out as our VIPs will be making appearances in episode two!
