Update Post/Ramble

I was going to release the next set tomorrow, but I've decided to post-pone it since DD2 has mildly consumed all my free time, lol. I'm more able to pry myself away from it now, but I haven't really been able to animate much of anything. I've got some things started and what have you, but it's slow, so I want to keep something in reserve until I get at least part-way through the following release. That said, there will still be the Cammy animations at the end of the month, and I made a couple extra for the set since I probably won't be returning to her anytime soon. There isn't anything super special about them, but they're pretty decent.

As for future projects, I've got too many to list. Well, I say that but I do have an actual list of stuff I would like to work on, or have started working on. I teased Yoga with Luna a while back, and I have started on it, but it's gonna be a big set. Like really big set. Probably bigger than Jessie's Mom or Y'shtola big. So that'll be a ways off, and I'm just working on it a little bit here, a little bit there as I did with those. And honestly, as my cover shows, I've got Jessie's Mom 2: Electric Boogaloo planned too, but it's yet to be started at this point. Same with Nayo, since I haven't decided on the environment as of yet. And that's just the tip of the iceberg… there's a lot more FF, DOA, Nier, and other series on the horizon. I have too many ideas without really know what I want to focus on. And I'm unfortunately not disciplined enough to just sit down, pick one, and go to town. I'm always waffling around going, "well… maybe this one instead" and just getting nowhere. A very me problem. x)

But not all the sets are gonna be big like Y'shtola or the like. Can't keep that level of motivation up for everyone. Just gonna tackle stuff one set at a time, and decide what I want to do as I go. I had planned for this year to be a kind of 'me year', where - outside of poll stuff - I just kind of focus on stuff I feel like doing or wanting to do. Which is largely what I do most of the time, but there are times when I do sets that I'm not super into just because I get asked a lot or I mentioned I might do it at some point. Last year had quite a bit of that, especially with the Anniversary featuring a lot of characters I wouldn't normally do lol. I figured this year I'd just let my passion run wild. Unfortunately, I got blindsided instead. Such is life. I'm doing a lot better, just haven't hit my stride quite yet.

That said, speaking of April 1st… I wonder what everyone thinks I've got in store. I've definitely got something cooked up for the new poll, but what are people expecting I wonder? Grannies? Femboys? Dudebros? Nah, all that's too played out at this point. It's so passé. No, this is worse than all that. Better prepare yourself. I don't take prisoners.
