Tentacle Cave Blackout v0.14 Release

Changes for 0.14 version:

- Added key icon to hud when picked up

- Added loop icon after defeat

- Fixed a bug of MC hitting sometimes in the first frame while attacking

- Monster also should no longer attack in the first frame

- Stamina regenerates faster

- Cant attack in air anymore

- Can't pick up a healthpack when you have max hp

- Can't pick up a armor when max

- Can't pick up ammo when max

- Mushrooms sprite slightly changed

- Armor now reduces some of the damage

- When stamina is out, hp drainage is increased

- Audio settings added

- Resolution settings added

- Set default resolution

- Added controls settings

- Added antialiasing and some more options
