Its an old tiktok of two puppy girls yapping at each other in public, they used to edit it into cringe compilations and edgy discord memes. I pulled it up searching "puppygirljenna public" on google video and clicking the tiktok results just now.
Oh yea I remember that, no not really the same vibe. I think it's probably closer to the Dan Bilzerian leash pic in theme, though I didn't remember that pic either until just now.

The lady at the table is a prefect prey for a dog trainer to show his skills. In a next pic you could make the trainer show her to her neighbors as a well behaving bitch!!
I believe this scene would integrate seamlessly into the HT story. Additionally, it would be wonderful to experience this type of pet play with Ms. Bank in the upcoming BT sequence. I genuinely miss her presence and feel that her charming characteristics would complement this outfit and play perfectly. These are just my humble suggestions.
