Personality:
Prim, proper, and brazenly patriotic, Vivi is wholeheartedly dedicated to her country, heritage, history, and its people, often to a fault. She earnestly believes that ‘Great Britain’ truly deserves its moniker of ‘great’ and will vehemently defend this belief if it were ever to be questioned. Not only loyal to, but adoring of, ‘The Crown’ and whomever may be wearing it, she will follow orders without question or pause, save for perhaps stopping to ask herself how to best fulfill them.
While she is the most level-headed of her current unit, it is imperative to note that Vivi has a VERY twitchy trigger finger when it comes to firearms and tends to blow through ammunition in EXTREMELY short order. As such her original weapon, a multi-form gas grenade launcher, is frequently confiscated by her superiors and is deployed with a taser instead.
Powers Origin:
As a veteran of the British Armed Forces, Vivi has a large military background to draw upon when approaching missions. She's good at getting all the pieces of a problem together and can develop excellent field strategy, but for non-militaristic scenarios she’s the very model of a modern major general, knowing everything about nothing, and will invariably end up at the wrong answer.
Selected as one of three prime candidates to receive NOC (Neoprene Optimised Clothing), a specialized medium profile suit that enhances abilities, provides protection, and allows the use of specialized abilities. Vivi’s suit, classified as ‘Shockwave’, was presented to her as a show of support to the British Royal Guard. She was originally set to receive ‘Heatwave’, coupled with a multiform gas grenade launcher, but due to a ‘mishap’ during orientation it was exchanged with Didi, and their weapons tweaked to match.
