Deluded is an 18+ survival RPG with a dark, immersive open world where every choice matters. Some of the game mechanics were inspired by adult Skyrim and Fallout mods.
About the game: Alisa was trying to recover from her sister's mysterious disappearance when a tragedy of the past caught up to her. Decide her character and appearance, find a way to survive and uncover the truth about what happened in this little town shrouded in fog.
