That Time Satoru Was Reincarnated As A Rabbit Chapter 1

Satoru was stabbed protecting his friend, based on his dying thoughts he’s answered by the Voice of the World. He’s reincarnated in Veldora’s Cave as a monster known as a Kickmaster Rabbit. He meets Veldora and is given a name allowing him to evolve and gain some skills.

Chapter 1

Satoru Mikami was being called out by a coworker. Tamura was a sweet guy, he was known around the office as someone who was “impossible to hate”. He was Satoru’s junior at the company and they had worked together on different projects.

Mikami was almost jealous of him, given his good looks he was quite popular with girls. The ladies in the office often talked about how cute and adorable he was. ‘Hot guys have all the luck.’ It was odd he was single still.

“Sempai...please go out with me!” Okay, maybe not so odd after all. “I like you a lot!”

It was his first real love confession. Satoru was a virgin and didn’t even have much of a dating life. This option didn’t really cross his mind. Just because it wasn’t something he thought about didn’t mean the offer was off the table. Despite being caught off guard he managed to muster up an… “Okay…” So they were off on their first official date.

Tamura was really sweet, even offering to pay for their meal. He gushed about Satoru, talking about how much he admired him and appreciated him for all his help. “I’ve had a crush on you for awhile, I’m really happy you are willing to date me!” He thought someone as cool and kind as Satoru also swung this way as he didn’t have a girlfriend or a wife.

Mikami didn’t have the heart to tell him it was just because he had no luck with girls. This was his first real date! ‘Tamura just you wait, this is gonna be your best date ever!’ He took the brunette’s hand and laced their fingers together.

Tamura blushed. “Sempai!” He exclaimed happily.

“You can...you can call me Satoru…” His cheeks were blushing.

“Satoru…”

“Tamura…” The two gazed at each other, feeling a their hearts flutter and beat as one. ‘Is this what it feels like to fall in love, it feels nice!’

Their touching moment ended as a loud scream was heard. A man was running around with a kitchen knife. People were jumping out of his way. He looked crazed and rabid, charging and swinging at anyone.

Tamura froze in terror. “Tamura!” Satoru pushed him out of the way and got stabbed.

“Sempai!” The knife got forced out and dropped, the crazed man running off as Satoru fell to the ground.

“I told you...you can call me...Satoru…” He coughed.

Tamura was freaking out, he was doing his best to put pressure on the wound.

‘Man this sucks...my first date and I get stabbed by some whack job...how unlucky am I?’

Acknowledged: Unique Skill Lucky Acquired. Chop Resistance Acquired.

‘If only I was faster, I could have gotten Tamura out of the way and we’d be eating steak and salad together right now.’

Acknowledged: Species Verification, High Speed and Agility, Omnivorous. Acceleration of Form Skill Acquired.

Tamura was crying. ‘I can barely hear what you’re saying.’

Acknowledged: Species Verification: Exquisite Hearing. High Hearing Skill Acquired.

Satoru reached up and brushed some of Tamura’s tears away. ‘Don’t shed tears for a loser like me. In fantasy a guy as old is me would probably be a sage or something. I don’t know if I have anything to offer you, but if I could I’d have loved to rock your world.’

Acknowledged: Sage Skill acquired, Sage Skill will evolve into the Unique Skill Great Sage. Species Verification: Reversible Lover, High Sex Drive acknowledged. High Stamina, High Endurance, Mighty Libido skills obtained and combined into the Unique Skill Lustful

‘My wound is burning, but I feel so cold…’ He felt Tamura beside him. ‘Having a hot guy beside me, certainly helps numb the pain. The wound isn’t closing...’

Acknowledged: Heat Resistance and Cold Resistance acquired and combined into Thermal Fluctuation Resistance. Pain Nullification Acquired and Regeneration Skill Acquired.

He looked at Tamura and felt such regret. ‘If I could do it all over, I’d have taken more chances, tried new things, I’d have gained more experiences.’ They had been working together for years. ‘I was so blind, he had a crush on me all this time and I didn’t have a clue. Maybe if I was more worldly I’d have known.’

Acknowledged: Love Detector Skill Acquired. Unique Skill Predator obtained. Blind Resistance Acquired

“Tamura...sorry...our date was a bust...please...be happy…” He was fading fast.

As his soul left his body, he was pulled to another world.Reincarnation successful!

Satoru Mikami died after being stabbed protecting his friend. His life was brought to a whole new path. His memories and spirit given new form in another world.

In a cave in the Forest of Jura monsters began to spawn from the overwhelming magicules that flooded it. These magicules were even coveted by other monsters and some entered the cave to gain a boon from the magic in the air.

A Kickmaster Rabbit had come into the cave, she was one of the last of her kind. The Kickmaster Rabbits were intelligent, while they didn’t speak they were capable of mana/magic manipulation. Because of their lack of speech they were seen as just regular monsters and hunted down. Though they didn’t go down easily, but other monsters saw them as food, devouring them to gain more power.

The monster was getting on in years, and if nothing was done she’d be one of many species that vanished from the world. She then heard the Words of the World and made the dangerous journey into Veldora’s cave, where the magicules performed a miracle allowing her to have a child.

Through her Satoru would be reborn and the Kickmaster Rabbits would not only survive but evolve! As she passed her body became magicules which Satoru absorbed gaining her skills.

Monster Skills: Air Dance, Air Stage, Air Kick, Steel Legs, Bunny Blast, Rabbit Twister, Shock Absorbtion

Satoru woke up but he wasn’t as he was before. His totally not made up hunky beefy human body was gone and he was now a...rabbit...a bunny?! Now he wasn’t a typical human world rabbit.

He bounced around the cave in his shock as he processed what happened to him. His bouncing was quite powerful, he was like a little pin ball bouncing around, the floor, the walls, the ceiling, between stalagmites and stalactites. He was bouncing without thinking, slowly building up more speed and power bounced a little too much and ended up slamming into a wall, cracking it.

“Oww...oww?” He took damage but didn’t feel any pain.

Answer: This is a result of your skill Pain Nullification. Your wound is being healed by your Regeneration Skill.

This was his Great Sage skill, through it he was able to learn what had happened to him and his current situation. He learned about magicules and mana manipulation. Great Sage even helping with taking the guess work out of magic.

As it happened he had two stomachs, one natural stomach and a secondary stomach gifted to him by his unique skill Predator. Unique Skills as in their name were unique often being an amalgamation of three or more skills.

Satoru got hungry and began eating the strange herbs he found in the cave. They were medicinal herbs so they didn’t taste the best but hunger made the best spice. He even tested Predator on the herbs, which allowed him to place them in his second stomach where he was able to dissolve and analyze them.

Great Sage guided him blending the herbs into high potion and absorbing that as well.

Acquired: Healing Touch, Regeneration has evolved into High Speed Regeneration.

He traveled through the cave, figuring out how his body worked and functioned. Satoru ended up bumping into Storm Dragon Veldora. The massive dragon was sealed in a prison of sorts, but the rabbit couldn’t see it.

Veldora taught him Magic Sense, which allowed him to see beyond his eyes and ears. Satoru listen to Veldora’s woes, though he was a bit of a naughty dragon, sometimes attacking kingdoms for fun. His fun got him in the cross hairs of a “hero” who defeated him and sealed him in this bubble.

The Infinite Prison drained away his magicules, causing the overflow in the cave. It was why it was so enriched with herbs and magical ore. The cave was also full of monsters not that the bunny ran into any of them. They didn’t get too close to Veldora’s chamber out of fear.

Veldora was bored and lonely. He hadn’t seen or spoken to anyone in over a hundred years or so. ‘Ouch poor guy!’ The dragon was knowledgeable about the world giving Satoru some much needed information.

First what he was, he was a Kickmaster Rabbit, a monster known for its speed, power, and mana manipulation. Second he was a Unique, being able to talk and being a reincarnation. Third, there were possibly other humans in this world known as summons. As a fantasy lover Satoru was excited to go out and see the world.

Veldora pouted. “Oh...you are leaving already…”

As it stood Veldora had maybe 200 years before he’d be gone. “That seems harsh.”

He decided to befriend Veldora, even if the dragon was tsundere about it, as his first act of friendship he wanted to figure out a way to free the dragon. Great Sage gave him a grand idea, by combining Mana Manipulation and Predator they could eat the infinite prison, Veldora and all.

The dragon would be safe inside his second stomach and Satoru could go off and travel. Together they could figure out a way to set Veldora free.

Veldora agreed but felt that Satoru might need some protection, so offered to give him a name. It was a good idea, this was a new world and a new life, so why not take on a new name? In return Satoru was to give Veldora a family name which they would share bonding them on a deep level.

Satoru wasn’t the best with names, even in the video games he played he usually gave the characters he created basic/generic names. He thought about the storm dragon and gave him the name Tempest! “I am Veldora Tempest!” The dragon roared happily.

The kickmaster’s ears rolled up at the intense roar. “Glad you like it.”

“You shall be Rimuru, Rimuru Tempest!” The name became etched onto his very soul and he received the Storm Dragon’s Blessing! This had a very unique effect.

Veldora’s skills were sealed by the infinite prison, so he couldn’t use them but that didn’t mean he couldn’t pass them on through the right of naming. One skill a True Dragon like him had was the skill Humanification a skill he never used despite having it for years.

Acquired Humanification Skill, Lightning Resistance, Wind Resistance, Water Resistance have combined into Storm Resistance. Tornado Breath Skill Unlocked, Cyclone Burst. Evolution into Kickmaster WereRabbit Completed.

Rimuru activated his new skill allowing him to transform. His human form was quite androgynous for the most part, he was looking very twinkish, and from his face alone you couldn’t really tell if he was male or female. He had shoulder length white hair and had bunny ears out of the top of his head, that bent downwards to look like it was part of his hair.

White fur bloomed on his form, from his ankles up to his knees, from his crotch formed a belt of fur that reached back to his cute cotton tail, and from his wrists to his elbows. While most of his body looked androgynous, below the belt he was all man, a massive 13 inch dick hung between his legs with a mighty sac that a tanuki would respect. He had a stripe of fur that ran along the center of his sac. “Whoa!”

Rimuru saw his not so little soldier and cried tears of joy. He flexed his new body, with some focus he could manifest his rabbit paws and legs even in human form, the same for his crotch. His focus caused the white fur to encase his balls and crotch, his dick sinking into a sheath. ‘This is good, least I can walk around with my penis hanging out!’ Though his balls were still hanging out.

Suddenly he felt a weird ping. Veldora was drooling, his heart fluttering at the sight of Rimuru’s beauty. “Veldora?” The dragon blushed.

“It’s nothing!” Rimuru wasn’t buying it, even without his Love Detector, the dragon’s erection was a dead give away.

“Want me to help with that?”

Veldora whimpered. “I...I can’t cum…” It was part of the seal, he could get hard, but wasn’t allowed release.

“Ouch my guy!” Rimuru made him a promise, they’d have some sexy fun times once he’s free. They made a pinky promise on it. With that said and done, Rimuru put his plan into action Great Sage handling the complicated magicule formulas of doing this. “Devour!”

He unleashed Predator as a spell and swallowed up Veldora and the Infinite Prison in one go.

The effects of Storm Dragon Veldora’s disappearance was felt not only through the Forest of Jura but to the surrounding kingdoms. The Kingdom of Falmuth felt this was a bad omen so they began to prepare, it was time to summon another Otherworlder!
