Haven't posted art in a while, so here's an old concept piece for a historical character from Valhaxas Lore. High King of Athion, Uval Athonas. His original concept was blue but I changed my mind and decided to recolor him red. 😌

Finally got around to sketching out some rough concepts for characters I've had knocking around in my head for months. Supernatural Detective Lok Knight and his little sister, Alice. Any resemblance to other popular characters is pure coincidence. 😌
Voltuea finds herself trapped inside a deck of magic "Capture Cards" for a few years which somehow landed on Earth. The binding on her card is particularly strong, so she can only just barely project an image of herself to the magically gifted to communicate. She needs Lok to find a way to free her.
Lok Knight is a normal teenager, but carries a rare Luck Monitor on his finger, that bends probability in his favor. He always wins at dice and card games and has 100% accuracy at every form of fortune telling.
Voltuea's deck of cards allow him to summon and control the alien creatures held inside.
Alice is a non-verbal autistic girl and extremely shy. Lok is extremely protective of her but recently she's become rather attached to one of the creatures from the capture deck. A cute alien that appears harmless. Voltuea doesn't know why it was captured, but she seems to like Alice.
