Happy New Year! 🎉 Year recap and future plans✨
Hi everyone!
The new year is almost here, so it’s time to look back at what we've done and share what's coming next!
It's been a huge, action-packed year, full of exciting challenges, big wins and small victories along the way.
We put all our focus into Tame It Too!, releasing several major updates and moving the story forward in a big way. This year we finished all of the game's core and toughest features: expanded breeding, full building systems, teleportation system, combat, stealth and a new fishing system!
The world of Tame It Too! grew richer and deeper: a huge new location packed with points of interest and resources, new characters you can build relationships with and more dynamic, funny and exciting comic-style cutscenes. We also supercharged the audio, adding sounds for every action and biome. We brought sounds to the steamy scenes to make them tastier than ever, and created new music.
In short, it's been a fantastic year and we pushed hard to make it all happen!
So… what's next?
Our biggest and boldest goal for the coming year is to launch Tame It Too! into Early Access on Steam!
Yes, we’re aiming high and here’s why:
We’re nearing feature-complete status. From here our focus shifts mostly to story, minigames and dialogs. Key mechanics left to polish and add include farming, expanded hunting with traps and the almost-ready flirting and gifting system.
That means the game is now moving into the deepening phase, layering in richness, relationships and rewards.
The sweet stuff is coming!
All the main girls will be together soon, and you can dive deep into taming and breeding!
You’ll keep expanding your village, hunting for treasures, collecting goodies that grant cool bonuses… and of course, enjoy loads of steamy scenes with every girl, their personal quests and major story twists we’ve been cooking up!

Hi everyone!
The year is wrapping up, so it’s perfect timing to catch you up on all the exciting progress we've been making with Tame It Too!
Right now we're hard at work on the next big update, packed with Chapter 4 of the story, fresh gameplay additions and tons of fixes and improvements!
In version 0.11.0, we're planning to make much heavier use of stealth mechanics and the main story quest is being built around this feature. Lee will be sneaking through enemy territory, avoiding dangerous and numerous catmen patrols! We're aiming to create a tense, thrilling atmosphere and you'll have a great goal: rescue beauties and track down the blacksmith!
New Location
We've created a brand-new area where the main action of the chapter will unfold! This is a territory featuring a mysterious farm, surrounded by forests and heavily guarded by Arcotian patrols. You'll find plenty of points of interest, quests, new resources, minigames, new enemies and of course new girls!
New Characters
Lee is about to meet two new characters:
Lily — a graceful cow girl (more like a cute goat), very smart and curious, who loves to learn new things. She also holds a big, even ominous secret. She'll be your main conversation partner and is central to the chapter's plot. And she is the one to tame in this chapter! You might have seen her in the breeding prototype, but we've refined and improved her model.
Meadow — a minotaur woman, large, strong, cheerful and resilient. You'll get to know her properly later, in a more relaxed setting, when Lee returns home with his new friends. Creating Meadow has been a real challenge, as her height and size affect the dialogue system and steamy scenes. We also aimed to make her visually distinct from all the other girls and hope we nailed it!
Cutscenes
We're actively working on new cutscenes. This update is planned to have three main story cutscenes and four additional mini-scenes focused on interactions with Lily. Two major cutscenes are already complete, both turned out vibrant, fun and packed with action! For the third and most complex one (with lots of characters and dynamics), storyboards are ready and visual assets are nearly finished.
Hot Scenes
Get ready for at least two new hot scenes: one with Octa and one Lily! Octa's scene is planned to be really steamy, you might even get to involve one of her tentacles! The script and storyboard are ready and we’ll start working on animation soon. The second scene is planned with Lily and will be part of her quest line as a reward for teaching and taming her. As always, each scene is tightly woven into the story, reveals character and affects your relationship with them.
New Mechanics & Minigames

Stealth 2.0: Catmen patrols are getting more variety. There's even a completely new "tank cat", someone you'd better not mess with!
- River Rafting Minigame: Super dynamic and fun! The core mechanics are ready; soon we’re going to polish balance and add sounds to it.

Language Learning Minigame: As part of Lily's quest, you can teach her your language and learn new local words through a special minigame, somewhat like the one in Tame It!, but with new twists.
Construction
We've finished the textures for wooden construction and are now testing it in-game! This tier will allow you to build two-story houses and use large indoor and outdoor wooden staircases. We plan to add it in one of the upcoming updates and it will fully shine in Chapter 5 when Lee returns to the village.
Polish & Improvements
Reputation System Overhaul: Everything looks clearer now, and the girls' info cards include helpful details to raise their affection faster.
Expanded Dialogue System: We've added daily conversations and plan to introduce flirting and gifting mechanics in the future. We'll keep expanding dialogue topics with each major update to make regular chats feel lively and engaging.
New Sounds & Music: We've sounded many hot scenes and cutscenes, catmen fights, added a new main theme and filled locations with fresh sounds to bring the world to life.
Experimental Features: We've added the ability to change controls and easily add external translations, so everyone could add their own languages to the game! Our patrons are currently testing this functionality.
We've also released several intermediate updates, fixing many bugs, adding a custom cursor, improving item dragging, expanding construction with fences and even adding an option to disable spiders.
Trailer
We've made the first trailer for Tame It Too! It's completely finished and will be up on the Steam page soon! This was a fascinating, full-cycle project: from scriptwriting to music selection and frame-by-frame polishing. We tried to capture the game's core features, show the variety of girls and mechanics and give a clear sense of the rich gameplay waiting for you. Hope you like it!
