Hey everyone,
Great news! No more endless skipping! You’ll now find a Chapter Selection screen under the Extras tab, letting you jump straight into your favorite moments without skipping through the entire novel. (The featured image is still a placeholder for now, will be refined later.)
Oh, and replay junkies rejoice, you can now skip dialogues in the Scenes Gallery too.
On the writing side, the full script rewrite is finally complete! I’m in the middle of coding it, so it won’t be long before you can experience it in-game.

Also, I’ve refreshed all character expressions, so you’ll notice smoother and more natural expressions across the board. Do check them out! Next up, the character images will be fully refreshed as well, and that’s already in progress.

Dev Notes
Well, well, well… here we meet again.
I’ve just finished upgrading all 7,700 character images, and yes, the Chapter Selection bug has been squashed, for now. That alone shaved a few days off production, but it had to be done. Expect similar enhancements to roll out in Devoted Wife as well.
Also worth noting, an upgraded version of the script has been written for both games. This refined writing style will gradually be integrated across updates, bringing along enhanced animations, and better visual polish with each release.
One more thing, I’m aware that having to do a full reinstall for every update isn’t ideal. I’m actively exploring ways to streamline this, so future updates can be lighter and more efficient. Stay tuned.

🧑💻 Dev Notes
Hey everyone, I hope you enjoy this update, it’s the most I’ve written in a while, which made reviewing and replaying everything a bit more time-consuming than usual. Also, I’ve replayed the game multiple times before release, but there might still be a few things I missed. If you catch any bugs, please report them and I’ll get a fixed version reuploaded ASAP.
Some features still in the works: • Chapter Select screen is in progress. • Rina’s POV is also underway, but I need to upgrade the game interface first, it’s currently too clunky and not user-friendly enough for the new features.
Overall, this has been a super productive month. Across all projects, I’ve written and processed over 3,500 dialogue lines in just 30 days, that’s more than 28,000 words! Insane.
I’m grabbing a coffee to celebrate... and then back to work on the next update.

Dev Notes
This update is the biggest one in a while, I somehow ended up with a mountain of dialogue. Even after filtering and cutting, so much of it stayed because I just wanted to move the story forward and show you what’s coming.
Also, branching story paths are…not quite ready yet, but you’ll see bits of them start to seep into the next few updates. I’ll need time to process and rework them accordingly for earlier updates.
