I’m back with the second update of the month, and I’m super excited to share what’s new in Devoted Wife v0.44! The latest version is now live and available for PC, Linux, Mac, and Android!

🛠 Minor translation bugs may still exist, but I’m on it. Also, fixed crashing issue for Thai language. 🌍 More languages coming soon!

Hey everyone! I hope you're enjoying the v0.44 release!
This marks the second update in the current payment cycle, and I’ve been working behind the scenes to level up the visual quality. I recently invested in new rendering and lighting tools. Though they do take more time to process, the results are absolutely worth it IMO. You should notice adifference in this update.
That said, there are still a few things to iron out. There are some flickering issues, likely due to my workstation reaching its limit. So, maintaining consistent quality across hundreds of files will definitely be a challenge, honestly it’s only a matter of time until the workstation blows up, guess you could say things are really heating up behind the scenes! Ok jk bye.

I’m excited to bring you another update for Stolen!
I’ve updated my workstation, which took a bit longer than expected due to massive sized file transfers. My previous setup had some issues, mainly the CPU was constantly running at peak usage. Our new system runs smoother, but the rendering time is only 20% faster, which wasn’t quite what I hoped for. But hey, an upgrade is still an upgrade!
There are still leftover scripts from the previous update that need editing. I’ve revisited and trimmed a significant portion of the content that wasn’t adding much to the story. These parts will be added back after proper editing.
Similarly, I’ve started the rewriting and filtering process for Devoted Wife, but this won’t affect our release schedule.

For this update,
I actually wrote seven different scripts before finalizing this one.
Rina's and Kenji’s POV routes are currently in progress, with new paths coming soon!
I’ve fixed the character side icon bug and re-edited over 1,200 character images. There are still about 20% left to fix, and I’ll be working on them in the next update.
A significant part of development is replaying the game multiple times to catch bugs, imagine doing that across multiple languages! It’s rather time consuming but necessary process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Also, expect two releases within the current payment cycle as I’ve removed a significant portion from this update.
