Major 2023-2024 Update


Hello! I hope all has been well with everyone. This is going to be a pretty major update, talking about a bunch of things, from the kind of content I make, to what Im changing to make it better, to the never-ending pain in the ass of the tube sites. There will be a TLDR; at the bottom for those of you that don’t want to read this giant wall of text.

So first thing, some of you guys that follow me on twitter may have noticed some odd posts from XHamster, these posts were from an animator named AlmightyPatty, alerting all that those animations had been posted on my account. This caused some people, including almighty to think that I was attempting to claim credit of his animations as my own, and from the outside I understand why it looked that way, but that’s not quite what happened. Im not going to go into super detail about why this ended up the mess it did, due to some projects I’ve not made public yet, but basically it boils down to a significant, and incredibly annoying bug made by Xhamster. Ive reached out to almighty and fully explained what happened, and they understand and hold no ill will towards me. They have agreed to retweet/intertrack with this on twitter just so everyone else understands there is no ill will, and just to be 100% clear I do not make any animations. I know that doesn’t fully explain what happened, but im hoping you guys will trust me and AlmightyPatty that there was just a technical bug, mixed with some miscommunication (On my part) That caused this problem, and that its all fixed for the most part now (And should be 100% fixed in the coming weeks)
 
Ok so with big thing out of the way its time to talk a little more about the content I do make, and some changes that need to happen. Over the last year + I would say, I feel like my content has stagnated a bit, when I started it seemed like there was an endless potential for growth, and for a while that was happening. But the last year the substar has stayed pretty much the same, or even going down a few % of subscribers and the content has felt increasing less viewed (Ive also seen some of the behind-the-scenes analytics to back that up) so in a way a lot of these changes are going back to the roots how things were when I started. Two of the main reasons for this I think were the loss of patreon and pornhub. Ive talked in depth about all that bullshit before, but patreon is shit and I won’t ever return to them, and pornhub we will talk a bit more about later in this post. But to begin with, there will be no more daily compilation. These were a bit of an experiment anyway, and they ended up taking up close to 70% of my time and effort, and honestly, they never had a ton of views, and I get why. They felt Kindy of grindy for the sake of grinding and while I do enjoy that, I think its best they are no longer being made by me. I know there are a few others that started doing it after I started the trend, but they were never using the clips posted that day, just good clips then using the same title I was. Kinda dumb but oh well, If I see someone making good daily’s I’ll let you guys know so you can support them. Anyway, ya no more daily compilations, but this change allows me to do a few things, 1 the weekly, end of the month, and best of weekly compilations will all be able to be a higher quality and 2, I will have a much more consistent upload schedule, like it used to be when I first started doing this. And 3, ill be able to add 4 new compilations a month to that schedule.
 
Now, the weekly, end of the months, and best of weekly make up 11 compilations per month. With the additional time I’ll have now that im not making the daily’s, I will be making 4 per month, 1 per weeks of a new “Best Of XXX” series. These will be based on a certain charter, or positions or possible type of animation, ranging between 12-20 mins, using only the best clips. For certain ones they might end up in a few parts, like with a girl like D.Va that competition is going to be longer than 20 mins, so im guessing she will be a 3 parter. I’ll try to keep everything under 4 parts at the most. Now the other part of these is that 2 of them per month will be voted on by you guys. I had stopped doing the subscribestar polls a few months ago, and honestly, they need to come back, and I think this is the best way to do that. There will be one poll with 8 options, and the top 2 will get used. With the new 4 comps a month, we end up at 15 per month, or one every day for most months, I think this is a good place, both in terms of quality and quantity. 
 
These changes will start this month with the September week 2 compilation coming out on the 14th. Im going to be posting the full schedule each month, and plan to stick to it, with a day delay at most.

Ok, so the next thing that will be changed/updated. Where these videos will be posted. The 3 biggest pains in my asses, Xvids, Xham, and pornhub. Guess we will start with Xvids
 
So for a long time Xvids has been my strongest account, with over 240milion views, and 1700 videos posted they have probably driven more traffic to my substar then anyone else, and unfortunate for unknown reasons they are probably going to be irrelevant soon. Over the last 2 months they have been removing, and showed banning most animated stuffs, myself included. Even now It seems that for about 1200 of my videos are unlisted, meaning you can’t find them unless you have the link, and the ones that are still up have been getting way less views lately (Like it used to be 50k to 75k a day and now its like 400 views) And on top of that I don’t seem to be able to upload any new videos. I, as well as a bunch of other animation-based accounts have emailed their support and they have literally said nothing. If I had to guess, they are just slowly removing all animation. So, for now it seems like all I can do and what to see if my account is fully removed, or just in this broken unfixable state for a while.
 
Ok next Pornhub. Ive talked about them so much, they ban me, unban me, ban for different reasons, unban me but say comps are not allowed then ban me again. Needles to say they are moody as hell. But with Xvids gone, and the silliness with Xham (More on that below) I think I must try again with them. I am changing the way I make my compilation (Again more on the below) so I think it’s possible I will be able to post on there once more. Now im not super holding out hope on that, they are sooooo fucking moody they might just ban be, but I think its worth a shot. So, my PH right now is here:
 As you can see, I’ve just been using it to post some smaller animator’s animations to (With there consent and permission of course) and think ill keep doing that, as well as starting to post my compilations to it. I can’t promise how long this will last, but I think a strong PH presence will help my substar to much not to try.
 
Ok so last but certainly not least, Xhamster. Im going to honest with you, so far Xhamster has been hands down the best account, not in views or engagement, but in the fact, they don’t remove, or ban me randomly with no explanation, well up until recently. A few months ago, they made a new rule regarding all videos on their site, that basically said there can only be 1 single watermark on any given video. Now for compilation like I make that’s pretty harsh, so I’ve talked back and forth with them a lot and unfortunately, they won’t make an exception to that silly rule for animation. So, with that I was faced with a choice, ether stop posting on Xham as well as Xvids, and hope PH works out, or possible even not be able to post anything anywhere or make some adjustments to my compilations. The way it has to be done going forwards is rather than using watermarked clips like I always have done my best to do I will be using unwatermarked clips and adding a 15-20 end card with the animater’s info, as well as the time stamp of when their animation is used. I would say 98% of the time I know were the animation come from, but every once in a rare while, there will a publicly posted animation with no one claiming credit, in those cases I will just say Source Needed, and then add it later if anyone else does know and could tell me. But again, those cases are very rare. I want to be clear that even if not using watermarked clips, I will still never use any patreon leaked content, only things they have released publicly. I was pretty hesitant to make this change as using non watermarked clips feels like a shitty thing to do but I reached out to close to a dozen prominent animaters to ask their option, and they all said that as long as there are the end credits so people can find who made the animation it would be ok. Might even be better since sometimes watermarks get messed up when rendering or being uploaded. At the end of the day, helping people discover new animaters has always been my goal, and that is still being done.
 
I also want to reiterate, if there is any animater who does not want there content used please just reach out to me and I wont use them anymore, I use and maintain an active blacklist of those that have asked (3 so far) seriously all you need to do is send me P.M on twitter or add me on discord and ask. 
 
Ok next thing, the big futa compilation that is a patreon goal. Honestly this is made and ready to be posted, but with all the tube site nonsense I don’t think I would be able to post it without remaking it, and even then Im trying to move away from those bit grindy projects and work on making small higher quality works, so what I think I will do is when the goal is met I will release them on substar only, and then I may end up remaking them to be posted on the tube sites in the future. Ive also touched up my subscribestar profile a bit, updating the rewards, as well as the goals. Nothing major, just cleaning it up.
 
Ok Last thing, if you were an old patreon sub, or gave your email to subscribestar you may or may not get an email from me in the few days. I recently found the old patreon info sheet that has a bunch of subscriber emails on it and realized that I never used it. It will just be a basic email linking to this post, and reminding some people of my links, and that im still alive lol. I won’t abuse this sheet to spam, probably just send 1-2 emails a year at most, if I am even able to get it working (Big If at this point) If you’re not into that you can unsubscribe to the emails with the button at the bottom of them. TLDR; Made a little error with xham that caused some confusion, all good now, AlmightyPatty is a great person, go follow them. No more daily compilation, but the rest will be even better and there will be a real upload schedule from now out, with 4 news comps a month, 2 of them being voted on by you guys. 15 comps per month, every month. Xvids used to be top tier but has been waging a shadow war on animation so they suck now, gonna give PH anther shot, hope it lasts, and Xham has new upload rules saying I can only have 1 watermark per video so all my comp will be made slightly differently, with the credits sources not on the clips themselves but a big list at the start/end of the video, animaters that are not happy with this change just reach out to me and I wont use your clips anymore. Big futa comps are kinda done, will upload as goal is met, might have to remake it to post it on the site tho, depends on how they end up working over the next few months. Those that have given me their email might be getting one from me in a few days, if I can get the mass email thingy to work. That’s about all, thank you so much!!!

📢 Major Update Post for LoneSFM Community 🌟

I hope this post finds you all doing well. I wanted to reach out and apologize for a few things, firstly how damn long it took for me to make this post, as well as some of the content coming your way (More on that below) Life has been a bit of pain lately, which required me step back a little bit. 

Now obviously I’ve not been completely gone, I’ve gone to great effort to make sure that a certain level of activity has been maintained. Namely I’ve not missed a single daily, weekly, or end of the month compilations, nor will I ever (Unless I suddenly die or something lol) And maintaining is honestly the best word I can think of to describe the last 5 or so months. I had many more plans and a lot more content I had hoped to post by now, but regardless that all will come soon.

Now before I go any further and tell you guys about some of the upcoming content, I want to assure you that I deeply value each and every one of you. Even just those that view my content on the various platforms I am on, and especially those that support me on subscribestar. Your willingness to support my dedication and passion are quite literally the reason I’ve been able to continue on.

So, I don’t want to get too personal for why I’ve been a bit preoccupied both for personal reasons and because I really don’t think the casual viewer of my content cares all that much but the long story short is this. I had to unexpectedly move across the country to help a parent with a sudden and debilitating illness, there was a relatively short timeline I had to go and help prepare all the necessary arrangements. Now that might not seem like much, but to those of you out there that have had to do the same for a dying parent understand how both time-consuming and emotionally taxing that can be. And to make matters worse, I also got rather ill (completely different kind of Ill, probably from the time spent in various hospitals) that resulted in close to 2 months of struggling to do much else than rest. Im still not 100% but am for the most part up and able to live my life again. 

Now again, I don’t think most will care, and I want to reiterate that I never stopped working on my compilations, there were just sometimes when things took longer than they should have. On that note I also have some exciting news to share with all of you. During my bed rest, I've been working quite hard on the 2022 rewind and exxxtras. These obviously should have been out months ago, but better late than never right? 
 
 The rewind will be 12 parts, each about 2 to 3 hours long for the public version and 3-4 hours for thew subscribestar version. All in all, adding up to over 40 hours of content. And since I know that’s a lot for most of you, the Exxxtra compilations will be the same clips crafted down too much more manageable 12-15 and 15-18-min long videos. There are about 150 of those. These 2 large projects will allow us to celebrate and showcase the incredible SFM and blender creations made throughout the year. Get ready to relive the best moments and marvel at the outstanding talent within the Rule 34 community.

Now both of these major projects are done and will be uploaded to the tube site (Xham and Xvids) over the coming weeks. Ill also be making a post for them each individuality over the next few months, but all my subscribestar supports can access them right now below

Another piece of new, well not really new I guess, content has been uploaded to Xham, and Xvids will follow soon. These are all the old SFMeditor compilations. For those of you that don’t know and considering how long it’s been there’s probably a few of you, sfmeditor was one of, if not the first to start making SFM compilation. He was the main reason I started as well. Unfortunately, he had to stop in late 2021 and most of his compilations were gone. With some help from him (And his consent of course) I’ll be posting his full archive on my Xham and Xvids accounts. Some of these compilations are rather old (Going back all the way to 2017!) But are still well made. And with these uploaded for all to enjoy we will have close to 6 years of weekly compilations, that’s kind of insane. If you take a look at some of his early works you can see the massive improvement animation has had, even the best clips back then pale to what the normal is now. I wonder if the same will be said in 5 more years? Anyway, these are already up on Xham (Link Below) and will be up on Xvids in a few weeks most likely. Enjoy!

So that’s a lot about the catch up im doing, let’s talk a little bit more about the content going forward. While the next few months will mostly be posting the SFMedtor archive, Exxxtras and Rewind as well as keeping up with all the daily’s, weekly, and months, there are 2 major new projects in the works. 

To start Ive heard the complaints that the weekly compilations are getting too long, and honest I agree with them. 1+ hours is a lot for anyone to watch, that being said I also don’t want to exclude good clips just for time’s sake. And honestly this is a good problem to have, it shows just how much growth there has been in the animation community. Im sure a lot of you guys remember when 15+ min long weekly comps were common, but these days with how many new animaters there are and how long some amazing clips are 1+ hours is becoming increasing normal. So, there will be a new series each week that are the best clips of that week, these are the clips that already make up the best of the month clips, but in weekly format to help watchability. These won’t be too long, and should be a more manageable bite size high quality videos for those that don’t have the time for the ever-increasing weekly comps. It might take a few weeks to get these dialed in, but I think these will be good for the long term health of my compilations. 

The other big thing in the works is the big futa series. This is a substar goal that is getting pretty close, so while I won’t release anything until its met, I will start working on it. Im not sure how large it will be, but 100 futanari only compilations seems pretty likely, I can’t say exactly when these will come out, but before 2024 is my plan. Then after that we are right on to the 2024 end of year stuffs, rewind and exxxtras and all that juicy content.

So, with all that, I would say don’t expect another major update like this one for about 6 or so months (Might be some smaller updates if needed) But do expect quite a bit of content in the coming months.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for your continued support and patience during the last 3 years. You all make this an extraordinary community, and I'm excited to keep building it up. Right now the main MEGA link is just about to hit 5TB, and close to 2000 compilations, that’s insane, and it’s only going to grow from here.

Well this month has been kicking my ass so far lol. At the start my IRL work got wild and I had to handle that, which included some travel so of course I caught a cold. Then that cold turned into full on bronchitis, and as I was getting over that I tested positive for the rona, so that's more or less why I'm so behind this month. now that i'm finally starting to feel better i'm off for family gathering nonsense, the first one since covid all started so sadly it's not optional lol. Anyway, with that in mind the rest of this month and the first bit of next month will be slower than usual. The daily and weekly will get out, even if they will be a bit late, but don't expect a bunch of extra stuff this month. I might also post them all at once like I did for the 9,10,11,12,13,14, and 15th comps (I Might also start to do the more often tbh) But the good news is starting jan I'll be doing all of the end of the year stuff (same as last year) So that's going to be a shit ton of content for you guys. By the start of feb I'll have a major update and like 60% of the big end of the year stuff done hopefully. Ok that's all from me for now, happy holidays and all that - LoneSFM

So, for now I make 3 end of the month compilations. These are normally a higher caliber then almost everything else I make; they are on par with the weekly compilations I make.

I also used to make an end of the month monster compilation but after the whole patreon fiasco I decided it would be best to put a hold on that, I am also open to doing some other end of month compilations if there is a significant amount of clips for it. Feel free to leave any suggestions in the comments below. 
 

Since these compilations are made using clips made throughout out the month, I can't start working on them until the month ends. I also like to have them all made before I start posting them. 
 

So, they will generally be posted within the first 4 days of the new month, and no later than 1 week in. This also causes a slight delay in posting the daily's so I normally do a big batch of daily's after the end of the month compilations are done. I used to always try and post these on the 1st of the month by cutting off the last few days and then adding those days to the next month but that got kind of complicated and some good clips were getting lost, so that's why I made the change to doing it the way I am now. 

 

I hope this explained my process a little bit better and will help you guys know what to expect at the end of the month. It's important to me that you guys know what you get when you choice to support me, anyway, As always if anyone has any questions, comments, concerns, or just general observations you can always send me a P.M or leave a comment below.  

My apologies for not having an update for you guys last month, a lot of things were sort of in limbo at that point and I figured it would be better to just wait until august. Going forward don't expect update post every month, but there will definitely be one at least every 3 months, and sometimes a lot more if there are things happening. 
 
So, for starters, after a lot of back-and-forth arguments with patreon, they finally conceded that my ban and removal was unjustified and offered to reinstate my account. If they did, my patreon count would have been reset back down to 0 and frankly with the way they treated me there was no way I was going to take them up on that offer. However, they did give me one fairly important thing, and that was the email list of all my previous patreon. So, if you got an email in the last few days explaining a little about this whole situation that is why. I don't intend to use that email list ever again, save for really really major things like a platform change (All the rest of the time important things will be in these update posts.)

This is the link to the unwatermarked version of the 93 Exxxtra compilations I've been posting to Xhamster. These compilations are just little extras I made using older 2021 clips. This was an old patreon reward goal that had been met a while back. Going forward in 2022 and beyond I will likely do the same thing, but will probably post them before July next year lol.  

 
 

Speaking of Xhamster, I've said this before, but they really pretty much are the best platform to view my free content on, even though Xvids is much larger. I update Xhamster more regularly and they ban me less lol. 

Pornhub... Ya Pornhub is still wack, so hot and cold. For now (And this changes all the damn time) I am using my Pornhub account to post some animations of artist that I think should have more support. (With their full consent and permission) 

 
 
With the for sure permanent swap to subscribestar I want to mention and clarify a few things that were talked about in old patreon updates that were basically lost. I also am working on a very large post going over each of the tube sites and explaining some of my history with them, but that’s almost a damn essay at this point so it will probably be out with the next update.

So now it's been established that I am for sure staying on subscribe star I want to talk a bit about what I've been and will keep working on. For starters I indeed to keep doing the daily, weekly and end of the month compilations I've been doing for close to 2 years now (1 Year for the daily's) I know not everyone likes the daily's but for those of you that follow me mostly for archive purposes they really are the best. Those of you that like the higher quality comps should keep enjoying the weeklies and end of the month stuff, those tend to be the highest quality. Just with those I am already going to be putting out 40 comps a month, I also will be pushing to get all the overwatch comps done and posted. I know I've been posting those for a while, but I really wanted to get that massive project done before making comps of smaller I.Ps. That being said, I massively underestimated just how fucking much overwatch porn there is. I'm at almost 200 comps worth of clips, with about 140 made. So, it's going to take a while to post all the rest of those, both on my subscribestar and tube sites. About the first 100 are already on my MEGA but not been posted anywhere individually yet. 

 

Once those are all posted I do intend to make some good comps with some smaller franchises and characters. I'm thinking the way I'll do it is make 2 different kinds of comps for the franchises/characters that are a good size. A general compilation series where I use most of the good clips I can find and a best of XXX series that will be a lot smaller and only use the best clips out there. This way both the archivers and people looking for the higher quality stuff have something to enjoy. 

 

Now to be completely honest with you guys that’s a least a few months away, possible even more with the end of the year vary fast approaching (How the fuck did that happen by the way) I plan on doing the same end of the year stuff I did last year this year and every year following for as long as I am around. And those take a good chunk of time to make. 

 

If you guys remember my new year's update post you might remember I talked a little but about wanted to do some kind of project that benefited the 3d animation community at large. Well, I get a bit sidetracked with this whole patreon thing, but I'm pretty sure I've had a good idea of what I'll be doing, now I just have to do it then let you guys all know what it is lol. That’s for sure awhile away, but keep your eyes out for it.
