Project Voice v0.01!
It's finally here! The first iteration on my big experiment with voice acting is ready to go! You can get all the info about what's going on with this version of the game over here on my big announcement post. One important note is that the voice lines will stop coming rather suddenly after a point since I cut things short to get this version out, but you can still play through to the end for one route, at least.

Project Voice - Basics

Latest Build: v0.01
Project Voice is a simplistic, branching narrative game focused on exploring the use of audio erotic content. I will be using this experiment to explore my own capabilities as a voice actor and the audio mechanics in Unity, as well as how voice content in erotic media can be better used to excite the listener and hopefully avoid making them uncomfortable.
You will play a blind individual exploring a new kind of relationship with a friend. This will be a pretty vanilla scenario focused on overcoming social boundaries, experimental intimacy, and a positive, semi-romantic atmosphere. Gameplay will be minimal, as this is meant to be more of an "interactive experience."
It's bugged me for a long time how voice acting is delivered in this genre, both in general and specifically for sexual content, and this project is essentially my taking a stab at it to see if I can do any better. I think the writer-actor divide is often an important part of the problem, so hopefully I can demonstrate a stronger unity of intention and execution as well. I don't intend to make a very large game out of this so much as a small, complete experience, maybe over a few updates, to see what the possibilities are and possibly open up some options for other projects down the line.
