Ver.0.12 Devlog #1 and some important news + poll + new public update.


I just finished writing the dialogue for Ver.0.12 there might be some rewrites/editing when it's time for rendering. I will post some teasers this coming week for the next update, I'm hoping I can finish at least half so I could release it for upper tiers and the only difference is the release window.
As for lower tiers $3-7 don't worry about it that much there's not a lot of spicy content on the first half so you're not missing much it's just me giving something towards for the higher tier supporters.
There will be a couple of new environment sets coming on this version but it's not that relevant yet.
IMPORTANT NEWS
I have something I need to take care of outside my country soon with that I will not be able to work on the game(rendering wise) so there will be no game update for at least a month whenever I will have to leave.
I still have my laptop I can use to work on the game but to a limited amount, I can still provide some updates regarding the game and content, maybe some bonus renders and or something.
I have a few options on what I can work on when that time comes.

  1. Update/Improve the textures and models for the characters.

  2. Work on the game's code to iron out the experience pushing it close to Ren'Py. This also includes the early part of the game making it more streamlined, removing some options that don't matter. This also includes Mac and Android port.

  3. Porting the game entirely on Ren'Py(Not a fan on this one, I'll only do it if I reach a certain amount from supporters.) I will be adding some supporter tiers for this option and if it fills up I will port the game.

  4. New game(Unusual Bonds) - Totally original, new story, new characters. Story is actually done for at least 5 Episodes.

I will also post another public update, this contains the bonus content, I wanted to make exclusive for supporters but I don't have any other update I can give to the public. I just want to release this update to announce to players who are not following me on my socials on what the plans are and/or if they want to contribute to the Ren'Py port if they want to, since a lot of people are screaming for that port let's see if they will put money down for the port.

Some context on why I don't want to port it for Ren'Py, I'm still making another game that relies on Godot for features, Ren'Py is not possible for that game. Learning and gaining skills on Ren'Py for 1-2 games is not a good use of my time, I will only do it if there's enough support from the community.
