It’s been a while since my last update, and I wanted to share some insights into the current status of the "Amity Park" update.

In my previous post, I optimistically mentioned that the update might be just days away. However, I find myself continually drawn back to designing new and exciting scenes, rather than focusing on the programming tasks needed to finalize the update. I want to apologize for this delay. The truth is, I've been struggling to motivate myself to complete the programming aspect and keep postponing it because I enjoy the drawing process too much.

I realize I need to buckle down and complete the work rather than continuing to expand the scope of the update. However, on the bright side, this means that when the update does arrive, it will be packed with much more content and fun discoveries than originally planned.

I appreciate your understanding and patience as I navigate these challenges. I am committed to making the wait worthwhile with an update that's richer and more enjoyable.

Now for the important update you've all been waiting for: I'm excited to announce that the latest update for our game will be released this coming weekend, on July 21st! It's been a journey getting here, but I can't wait for you all to see what we've been working on.

I want to share a bit about my absence too. Lately, I've been struggling with managing my attention, often becoming hyperfixated to the point where it's challenging to focus on anything else. This has impacted my ability to keep up with regular updates, and for that, I’m really sorry.

I’m working on balancing things better, and I hope to maintain a more consistent connection with all of you moving forward.
