A Call to Renew

Greetings, Everyone.

It has come to my attention that SubscribeStar underwent a period of maintenance in late February in which payment information simply vanished from a significant number of accounts across the entire platform, moving subscriptions into "expired" without any action on your end. This was not your fault. You can read their official announcement on subscribestar.com/posts/2246911

That said, if you are unable to access my supporter page due to this incident, and would like to continue supporting my work directly, the most reliable fix remains a manual card reset. Here is what to do:

Go to Account Settings → Billing Info.
Remove the existing card on file.
Re-enter your card details and set it as default.
Hit "Extend Subscription" to reactivate.

If you support other creators on this platform, take a moment to confirm your other subscriptions are still active. Most subscribers who re-entered their card information were able to renew without issue.
