The Online Posting Situation
Hello, folks.
Okay, full disclosure: online life changes very fast.
I started a SubscribeStar due to my well justified fear that, at any point, Patreon will pull the rug from under me. Has happened to other artists, will happen to me eventually. My Tumblr got nuked on similar undisclosed grounds.
However, this coincided with a sudden uptick on Patreons. And that's been good! But I kinda forgot about this place in my joy at seeing new faces join.
The short of it is that I post reactively. I do not have set days to log in and write content. I do it when I can, feel like it. The dopamine hit of seeing people react to my work is addictive. And that makes it all the worse.
I have a mission this year. One, to end it with a FascinationUniformed website collecting all my work. How I'll do that, I do not know. But in the mean time, my other mission is to synchronise all the content I post and post better.
To not just post the finished piece, but a timelapse of the drawing, sketches, an explanation of my thoughts behind the drawings. As people on the Discord server have mentioned, it is also my writing that excites them.
So, yes. I apologize for the long silence here.
I'll be taking the rest of January to plan ahead and to catch up with writing. Expect February onwards to be a lot more active here and to be deeper, sexier posting.
