Pixiv Archive

So it was pointed out to me this morning that there's a bit of an archival problem with my art due to the fact that I get banned for stupid reasons constantly, everywhere. The worst of which is obviously my old Pixiv account. I had everything on that account backed up on my Baraag page, but supposedly it's actually a real pain to make an account there now. I honestly don't remember if it was like that when I made my account or not.

Anyway, I went ahead and took the archive that I set up when I made the Baraag account and put it in a zip file on Mega. The art's sorted in folders by year, but there are a few caveats.

- They're the raw Pixiv versions, so the resolution caps out at around 2000p or so.
- They're the original versions, so any revisions I made won't apply.
- It goes from late 2015 to April 2022 which is when I made the Baraag account and about a year before I actually got banned on Pixiv. This overlaps with the Subscribestar stuff by a couple of years, so the two combined should cover everything aside from a few paywalled posts between 2020-2022. I may just make those public since honestly, most of them aren't good enough to warrant the paywall to begin with.

Personally, I think most of the art in this archive is awful and I hate looking back at them now. But there are a few good ones worth keeping. It's important to have them available for preservation's sake, I suppose. There's very little of my art that I've actually 100% lost over the years. So if there's some obscure drawing of mine that you're looking for, just ask me and I'll probably have it somewhere.

The planned art for Sunday will have to wait a day or two until I get my insomnia sorted out. Sorry about that. Hopefully this post makes up for it somewhat.
