Hello and welcome to this week’s Gacha Cummy update! While the poll deciding the future of Gacha Cummy is still ongoing, we’ve taken this time to focus on improving another important part of the game: the UI. From the start, our goal was for Gacha Cummy to stand out from other gacha titles with its own unique style. However, due to time constraints early in development, some design choices ended up being a bit of a burden as the development of the game progressed further. The UI is one of those areas we’ve always wanted to revisit.

With this update, we’re aiming to rework the look and feel of the interface, from color schemes to how menus are presented, to make everything cleaner, more readable, and easier on the eyes. The functionality of the UI will also see improvements and changes as we strive to make a better visual. Here’s an example of the new character screen mockup showing some redesigned elements, a better background, and an attempt to convey to the player important stats to focus on to create the strongest ally possible!

Hello and welcome to this week’s Gacha Cummy update!
 The wait is over, and the update 1.7 is now live for everyone! This release brings Cowgirl Transformations, the Farm system, Story Mode, Zani’s arrival with her side story, new animated scenes, and plenty of quality-of-life improvements. You can find the download link and full patch notes below.

But now that the corruption updates are complete, it’s time to decide where the story of Gacha Cummy goes next!
Now that you’ve taken up the mantle of Paladin, the Inquisition expects you to take on missions across the kingdom... but which ones? That’s for you to decide!

Below, we present four possible missions for you to vote on. Each one is designed to be a major addition to Gacha Cummy, spanning multiple updates (at least three) and building on what came before. Each update will bring new stories for you to explore, faces to meet, and gameplay additions for you to play around with! Cast your vote carefully down below!

1) Infinity Castle

Synopsis: On the edge of the rundown town of Stonevale, a strange castle appeared overnight. Masked servants welcomed the townsfolk, ushering them through the endless halls of the castle for the audience with a mysterious ruler of the property. After the negotiations, the villagers were left with gifts and the promise of prosperity, and the ruler held his word. Under his influence, the town quickly began to flourish again... But such miracles never come without a price. 

The Inquisition suspects demonic ties and tasks you with investigating both the town and the castle itself. And to aid you, the Inquisition is sending their most trusted demon hunter… one with a very... overwhelming way of showing her support. She’ll dote on you, scold you, and smother you with affection, whether you asked for it or not.

Gameplay: This update would introduce a new Roguelike gameplay mode, where you and your party explore the infinite halls of the castle, fighting enemies, gathering loot, and escaping with whatever treasures you can carry. Expect new crafting materials, item mods, transformations, and more ways to enhance your builds as you explore this mysterious location!

Synopsis: Deep within the kingdom lies an ancient, sprawling forest, home to beastmen who have long hidden away from the Kingdom's prejudice. But recently, their king has stepped out of the shadows, declaring the forest a sovereign nation, backed by a mysterious, and familiar, benefactor who promises safety to any beastman who joins them. 

The timing, coinciding with the demonic assaults, is too suspicious for the Inquisition to ignore. With the kingdom’s forces stretched thin, you are sent to investigate the Beastmen Kingdom, uncover any demonic ties, and eliminate the threat before it grows too strong.

Gameplay: This update would introduce a Pet System, letting you bring a fifth companion into battle. Your “Farm Residents” can be assigned as Pets that provide support, utility, or additional offense with unique skills tied to each species. The Farm would also be expanded with new beast species to recruit, making it a perfect opportunity to expand your herd with new additions!

 Synopsis: Whispers spread through the kingdom of a hidden network of caverns where demons gather to test their strength in brutal tournaments. At the top of this underground hierarchy sits “The Boss,” a powerful demon who grants a single wish to any challenger who can defeat them. 

But beware! For if the challenger loses, the Boss has the right to make the wish themselves. The Inquisition cannot allow such blasphemous contests to flourish unchecked, and you are tasked with locating the Demon Pits, dismantling the fighting ring, and eliminating all demonic influence lurking below the kingdom’s surface.

Gameplay: This update would bring an arena-style gameplay mode, where you can enter the ring, climb the ranks, and challenge competition for rare, one-of-a-kind rewards. In addition, we plan to introduce Equipment Fusion, letting you combine gear into a single, more powerful item to perfect your builds. Expect new characters, challenges and transformations as well!

4) BB’s Grand Resort

"Fed up with the Inquisition’s endless demands? Exhausted from fighting battle after battle for your Goddess? Then come visit BB’s Grand Resort, the perfect getaway to wash all your worries away~! And don’t worry~ There are absolutely, totally, DEFINITELY no demons lurking around here~ Nope! Definitely not a trap~! No TRAPS around here at all! Once you’re here, you might never want to leave~". -...? A-Ahem- As advertised, the beach is your chance to relax, unwind, and spend some quality time with your Guests and even meet some new faces! It's just a beach episode where “nothing happens"! ...Surely.

Gameplay: There will be no major gameplay additions for this update cycle! Aside from new areas, new characters, and new items, of course! And because of this, we will have more time to put focus into developing content for you to enjoy, such as fanservice, CGs, scenes and more!
