Commissions update 03/04/2024

Update: Further commission delays

Still working on commissions but barely because elections have been particularly rancid this year and the vibes are really bringing me down. Will definitely still work on the commissions but I really don't know when they're gonna get done. Deeply sorry to commissioners.
