IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT
Hey y’all, Ace here. I just wanted to let you know where I was over the last month or so and why I haven’t really been on Patreon/FanBOX/SubStar.
To put it short and sweet, the last month or so had been really hectic for me, as a lot happened, both irl and online. From my apartment’s air condition giving out on at the WORST possible time within the summer, and having to resort to getting fans to combat the heat. To me getting hacked and losing my Discord account, and Discord support being fucking useless. Suffice it to say that June, overall, was not a good month for me. Possibly the worst out of this year so far. All of these things happened and it eventually took a mental toll on my health and left me stressed like you couldn’t believe. It was also why I wasn’t really posting or getting to commissions like that.
Fortunately, for better or worse, I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things, and I have a lot of commissions and stories I have planned and intend to get started on.
One of which is a Futa!Frieren/Fern story that I’ve been cooking up, along with looking to wrap up the other one-shots that I owe. Such as Topaz/Rouge, Ruby’s Valentine’s (Though I feel I should just make it a regular Cougar hunt), and many more. Hopefully, with time and motivation permitting, I’ll be able to get some traction going and give all of my supporters the stories that they deserve.
Now, with that first part of my update post being said. There is also another announcement that I feel will take precedence over the former.
And that’s why I’m officially moving all of my stuff to SubscribeStar and I’m leaving FanBOX and Patreon.
This was, by no means, an easy decision to make. But I realize that as I’m slowly getting more and more into writing full-time as a way to support myself, I need to start stabilizing my income. And having it split through 3 sites is not really working out. FanBOX isn’t really gaining enough traction for my liking, and Patreon… well… a lot of the rules and regulations that Patreon has been implementing recently. I feel it’s only a matter of time before it really hits writers, so I might as well leave before I get hit with some bullshit like others before me.
Now, while I won’t fully delete either account, I won’t be posting as much here/there, if at all. Maybe the occasional post and story here and there, but I’m definitely putting all of my attention to SubStar. With that in mind and said, as much as I hate to inconvenience all of you guys who have been supporting. I would wish to have all of you move to my SubscribeStar since, once again, that’s where I’m going to be posting and residing for the foreseeable future. Unless another place comes up. You’re free to still support me on FanBOX and Patreon, but I would much prefer to see you all on SubStar.
That’s all I have to say for now. Here’s hoping the next few months will be more productive. Until then.
