⚠️ SUBSCRIBESTAR maintenance issuses
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that Subscribestar is currently experiencing some technical issues that may prevent some users from renewing their automatic subscriptions.
Below are the two official updates released by Subscribestar in recent days:

We are currently performing scheduled maintenance that affects some but not all users.
During this maintenance period, recurring billing will be processed with delays until March 3. Please rest assured that subscriptions will remain active during this time, and we are working to ensure all recurring payments are processed as quickly as possible. There is an option for every subscriber to extend their subscription manually at any point of time.
A small number of users may also experience declined transactions. These are related to a temporary transactions threshold configuration issue and our vendor is currently fixing it.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

Update on payment
We have successfully re-enabled approximately 30% of our payment options, and recurring billing is gradually returning to normal. Over the coming days, we will continue restoring all services to bring everything fully back on track.
The backend upgrade will also enable us to introduce a range of alternative payment solutions, improving transaction success rates and expanding support across more regions.
Further updates will be shared as progress continues.
If you’re experiencing any of these issues, please be patient and try renewing your subscription manually for now.
