Seriously, I swear these two had way too much chemistry in both movies to not have a "thing" for curiosity sake, but Anna's probably lying saying that she wants to practice on Olaf so that she's good for Kristoff. Most people draw that carrot as Olaf's dildo, but there are plenty of other toys to use.
