I burnt out hard, like a bright star that exploded.
I'm gonna convert this back to a tip jar.

I make more from an hour of work than I do this and uh, I just can't motivate myself to work for free.
I'll do the polls already voted on as public pieces at some point, I already have them half done. I just, am not keeping up and have no intentions of trying further. It's not working.

Update: Okay so I'm sick.
My roommates got Covid and I feel pretty bad. I don't think it's covid, feels pretty tame and likely just a coincidental bug, but I still have to be careful and can't do stuff.
I owe an exclusive for this week, and I want to get the poll up. I'll probably try to get those done today and tomorrow, sorry it's late.
In other news, reopening subscribestar so far has been a pretty big failure. The effort to profit ratio is insanely low, and that's accounting for the fact that I was smart and went in with low efforts.
Starting January, I'll be shifting things to be 4 polls a month instead of weekly exclusives and a poll here or there. I'll be making efforts to advertise it, and making a whole bash of it. I want this to succeed and I would like to have fun.
Come February, if new efforts do not result in a noticable influx of supporters, Subscribestar will likely be closed back down to just a tip jar again. I know better than to bash my head against a wall pointlessly.
Either way, you'll receive both pieces soonish. I will keep my word. Thank you.

A lot of the tiers will see a minor improvement as I transition into Subscribestar being a larger part of my income, this will largely revolve around polls.
The biggest difference will be that instead of random freewrite exclusives, Subscribestar will get a poll each week, allowing more control over the content going out. The poll options will still be decided by me, but I'll make an active effort to make poll options that more directly line up with the interest of my community.

At this point the Subscribestar will shift to being a large part of my time commitment and content creation.
Tiers will receive another poll based upgrade, and poll/Subscribestar content will become a huge part of my week. That'll most likely be reflected in bigger and better polls, as more than one poll a week will likely lead to voter fatigue.
