What's up, what's up!
So, uh, I may or may not have assumed I already made a post, but in reality forgot. Anyway, Failing to Fathom has been updated to version 0.4.5!
This is the first update I release according to my schedule. Next update will be released on the 20th of July for 5$ patrons and on the 1st of August for everyone else.
This update is the continuation and end of episode 4 and is relatively short compared to the previous ones, especially given the fact that out of the three new scenes you can only get to see two in a legit playthrough due to branching, but it's a very important update regardless. Why? Because the game has been upgraded from 1280x720 resolution to 1920x1080! This means prettier renders. Previous renders from before this update have been upscaled, but not redone, meaning they are still lower visual quality, however as mentioned in a post on itch.io before they will be reworked anyway sometime next year.

The results of this vote will determine who will get a scene in the July update. If your favorite character isn't on this list it means they either got a lot of screen time recently or are already planned for the July update.
Everyone can vote, but subscribers get more voting power. (If you are a subscriber and vote, message me on how you want your votes distributed, they don't all have to be for the same character if you don't want to.)

What's up, what's up!
Alright, so, this is my first post here. Do I like need an introduction or something? I am Hands, a wannabe game developer.
Now, with that out of the way here's the actual thing I did and I'll just assume however comes here has already played the first three versions of the game cause that makes things less complicated for me.
Changelog:
- 10k words, give or take
- 175 images
- 2 new characters: A blue haired musical prodigy and a tomboy bodybuilder
- New music
- A bunch of spelling mistake fixes, changes to the script for clarity
- Something Better
Known issues:
- If you play with a save from before 0.4 it might break your save and game, so start anew and hold ctrl to skip seen dialogue
- The "bonds" screen might have visual bugs, nothing dangerous, but I am working on a fix for it
- My rapidly deteriorating mental health(save me by throwing money at my face)
