These reports provide a comprehensive overview of our efforts to maintain a safe and transparent online environment, including details on content moderation, the removal of illegal items, measures to protect user rights, and the enforcement of platform policies.

By sharing this information, we aim to uphold accountability, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster trust within our community.

Our moderation processes prioritize user safety and transparency, incorporating both automated tools and human review.

We review flagged posts in compliance with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other related policies. This included the moderation of content related to prohibited activities as listed in our Prohibited Content Policy.

From February 17, 2024, to February 17, 2025, we removed 1,190 pieces of prohibited visual and textual content, including material classified as illegal under our Prohibited Content Policy. These removals accounted for 0.3% of all content published during this period and reflect our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, EU-compliant platform.

We take enforcement actions against profiles that violate our community guidelines or platform rules. To uphold a safe environment, we acted on 1,922 accounts for various policy breaches, issuing warnings, suspensions, or bans. As a result, 1,779 creator profile pages required content removal or modification.

We maintain a structured appeals process to ensure fair review of moderation decisions and are committed to protecting user rights. During the reporting period, we reviewed 406 user-submitted appeals related to content moderation, resulting in the restoration of 5.4% of the challenged content.

Copyright violations are thoroughly reviewed in accordance with DMCA and EU intellectual property standards. SubscribeStar receives infringement notices from rights holders and their representatives requesting the removal of allegedly infringing content. During the reporting period, we received and processed 32 claims - both valid and invalid - of which only 15 were deemed legitimate and upheld.

In response to regional legal requirements, SubscribeStar has introduced mandatory age verification protocols for users accessing or publishing sensitive content in specific jurisdictions. In addition to existing age-gated access, these measures currently apply in certain U.S. states, EU territories, and other regions where age assurance is legally required. Depending on local laws, verification methods may include document checks, facial estimation, or credit card-based proof of age. These measures are intended to restrict access to age-restricted content and ensure compliance with national regulations governing adult or sensitive material.

As part of the 2024–2025 security upgrades, SubscribeStar introduced advanced biometric login options. Users can now sign in using a fingerprint, USB security key, or passkey app for faster, passwordless authentication. These methods significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access by relying on device-based cryptography and physical user presence. They also improve the overall user experience by streamlining the login process.

Throughout 2023, we removed 976 instances of prohibited content of both visual and textual nature, including illegal material as defined by our Prohibited Content Policy, ensuring the platform remains safe and compliant with EU regulations. This number represents 0.3% of total content published in 2023.

To maintain a safe environment, we took enforcement actions against 1,429 accounts for policy violations, including warnings, suspensions, and bans. Related to those flagged accounts, 1,369 creator profile pages required content to be removed or modified.

We are committed to safeguarding user rights. In 2023, we processed 332 appeals from users regarding content moderation decisions, restoring 5% of content based on successful challenges.

SubscribeStar receives copyright infringement notifications from claimants and their representatives requesting the removal of allegedly infringing content. In 2023, we received and processed 6 claims, both valid and invalid. Of these, only 2 were deemed legitimate and upheld.

As part of our commitment to user safety, in 2023 we introduced 12 new safety measures, include machine-learning algorithms, to minimize risks of illegal content, harmful activities, and disinformation on our platform.
