Usually it means your system doesn't let the game to write data. Check the folder with the game, it shouldn't be set to "write only". Alos make sure the path to the folder isn't too long, and doesn't contain strange symbols. Ususally something like "E://Games" should work. Don't put the game on desctop or in download folder

I cannot save over old files or save into a new file. Did I extract the files incorrectly? I usually don't have this issue.
